Adding quick connects to all those hoses on the K7 unloader is a great idea especially if you have employees. If your unloader does give you problems for some reason you can simply pop it loose and stick another in its place until you get the first one running smooth again.

Just to let everyone know, exteriormaint's high score at Snake has been pummeled. I will mail $20 to the first SOB who can beat my high score and time. Your going to at least have to use the worm speed setting. Good luck, this offer stands until someone can step up to the Snake challenge.

What kinda work you specialize in to require all that volume?

Check all the electrical reset buttons. Sometimes when you shut down without turning off the burner it will just kick out. Just a button push fix.

Yea popcorn at the movies here is $4.50 for a small, I can't imagine it once all the corn starts getting turned into ethanol. I am going to buy as much as I can right now, then make a fortune by selling it later on ebay.

I for one cannot wait until ethanol becomes the fuel of the world. Think how beneficial to this country a cheaper alternative to fossil fuels that can be manufactured from something that can be grown in %80 of the country. We might have to start paying a little bit more for pop corn but hey...

Mike is right again(on a roll)Bleach + a detergent is the best combo for mildewed concrete. Its common sense, bleach to kill the green stuff, the detergent to help wash all the dirties away. I think the degreasers might help for some greasy oily stuff, but for the most part its not going to do much.

BTW, they also sell the replacement for the little plastic piece on the end.

I have to agree with Mike, the orifice size is no different than a normal tip. I would like to hear from the guy from xterior who does frequent these boards, or even a equip distributer.

I have a 4.8gpm 3000 PSI machine that I use my #9's with. When I tried to use that same xjet on my concrete killer machine(8gpm 3000psi) the damn xjet just about kicked the gun out of my hands. I think the oriface can be used on the nozzle charts to figure out the pressure just like the normal tips. I went ahead and used the xjet with high high pressure and it still "drawed"drew"droooo" chemicals at a pretty high ratio.

You guys using the 8gpm machines, what size oriface xjet are you using. I used the #9 from my other machine and its pretty hard to control at 3000PSI! The other sizes are #13 and #16. #13 - 1500psi and #16 - 1000 psi. Since I am using a trigger gun with the xjet qc'd straight to it for applying concrete chems I think I am going to go with the #16 so its not as straining on my hands.

Furring seems to be inevitable sometimes. I have heard it is because of the chemical, too much pressure, older wood. But I am still not satisfied with just one of those factors. For you guys who use the osborne brush to remove fuzzies, do you try to do all the spindles, floor boards and everything?

Actually the cheapie's I got have the wraparound and all. But I do agree that the makita is the better tool.

I bought a couple of chinese cheapie 7" variable polishers. I have used the heck out of both of them with an osborne brush, and haven't had any problem out of either one. We buffed a log home for 3 straight days once and they still operate smooth.

I have read that the 12v burners are the only ones that rely heavily on the battery.

There are also guns that use a ceramic ball that will not corrode. Or you can buy repair kits for the gun which are high but not $45!

I thought a good way to get back in touch will my past customer base would be to send them all a letter with a nice magnetic business card enclosed. What kinda prices have you guys found for these cards? Any good references for companies that do this?
