  1. I have a 400SF awning to bid on and I would like some help with dfferent chems. I would like to use my house wash (Wild Cherry) since I will be doing the house and I cant possibly clean the house without getting the awning. I can DS the mix on b ut I am a little worried about the strength. How weak should I go?

  2. hope i'm not getting too far off the subject but does anyone ever wash a house for a real estate company and then wait for the closing before you get your money? i can see good and bad on this one as you may be able to land more jobs this way and also get top dollar for your work since the homeowner is working with his equity and not his pocket money. but of course on the bad side what is the home never closes? will you get paid for your work? i suppose that in your contract you could work out the fine print on this but i was just curious if anyone has tried this and how it turned out.

    thanks gang,

    rando

I would not do that if I were you... Get the money when you get done with the job.

  3. "His real estate agent told him don't pay over 175.00"

Something is bothering me about the real estate agent telling someone what to pay...or what not pay in this case. What makes them the expert in Pressure Washing?

What if a pressure washing company told the owner not to pay over 3% commission to the agent selling the house?

Just ranting...going to get another cup of coffee now......

    I agree!!

  4. Try blowing through a coffee stirrer and a 1" PVC pipe...which one is "easier?" Your lungs create the same amount of force, but the stirrer will create a larger pressure drop and reduce the flow dramatically.

that may be true but the xjet is sucking and it is easier to suck coffee through a regular straw then to try to do it through a 1" tube...

  5. I am targeting a few streets that need to have the house cleaned. They are between 2-3k SF homes in a middle income area. Let me know what you think about this flier I will put on the doors

    Hello,

The biggest investment a home owner makes in a lifetime is their HOME. In order for it to continue to be an investment and potentially earn you lots of money when you sell it, you NEED to take care of it.

On the inside it’s easy for the do-it-yourselfer with enough free time to touchup paint, repair dings and nicks and other little “character” marks.

On the outside of your home it’s a little different. We have all driven by buildings that have green or black growth on the siding, driveways, walkways patios, decks and living on the shore with high humidity its most likely growing on your biggest investment also, YOUR HOME.

The stuff growing could be mold, mildew, algae or some other type of plant life. It not only looks terrible and could be the reason for your allergies, but it could also damage your property if left untreated.

Many people do not realize that it CAN be safely treated without damage to your property.

At JC Painting & Powerwashing I will safely remove the growth from your home and leave you feeling great about your biggest investment, YOUR HOME.

Please call me, Jim Chesmore, at 609-412-3033 for a free home evaluation. Don’t forget to ask about my group discounts.
