While you've got your yellow pages out look under chemicals and start calling. Chemical companies deliver 12% to your local water supply, they keep bulk tanks on hand and sell alot, so its fresh. If you have your own drums you can usually have them filled for $60-$70.

hot water would also be to your advantage. it will help ALOT!
