Pressure Cleaning & Roof Cleaning YMCA Palm Harbor Florida!
All Surface posted a question in Residential Pressure Washing
We were contacted a couple of weeks ago from the YMCA corporate office in Tampa Fl, about Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning for one of their locations in Palm Harbor Florida. The Cleaning consisted of Concrete Walkways, Pressure Washing the entire exterior of the building, Curb Cleaning and Cleaning portions of their Shingle Roof that were heavily infested with mold and algae. We also cleaned all of the outside of their windows. Keep in mind, this entire building is over 30,000 square ft. and their were tons of windows. Lets just say my wife never wants to Clean another pane of glass. LOL...We arrived at 6:00am Sunday morning and completed the entire job by 3:00pm. Thank God for my wife and for great employees. Without them we never could have gotten it all done in one day. -

I hit you up with a Like as well...Very Nice. Love the pics. You do good work. -
I agree with David 100%. A 0040 or a 0030 tip is very inexpensive and does the trick for us as well. I also tried a hose barb and didn't get nearly the results that I do from the other tips. Some of the House Washes and Building Washes that we do are 2 and 3 stries high and we have no problem washing them from the ground.

Pressure Washing- Soft Washing- Saint Petersburg Florida!
All Surface posted a question in Residential Pressure Washing
Roof Cleaning And Pressure Washing By All Surface Pressure Cleaning. We were recently contacted by the Saint Petersburg Housing Authority, about two weeks ago and asked to bid on one of their properties located in Saint Petersburg. The apartment complex consisted of 20 units and was a two story building. They insisted that the building be Washed by means of a Soft Wash Method of Cleaning which is designed to not cause any damage to the substrate of the exterior. Included in the Pressure Washing of the Building Exterior was also the Cleaning of all their Concrete Walkways, Stairwells and Pool Deck area and Patio Furniture. If they had not just had the Shingle Roof replaced, I'm sure that we may have been performing a Shingle Roof Cleaning for them as well. There are only a small handful of Pressure Washing Companies in Pinellas County that use this method and we are one of them. As the owner and operator of All Surface Pressure Cleaning I have spent countless hours attending National Cleaning events thought the United States and we are dedicated to staying on top of the best equiptment and materials in the industry to be able to bring you, the customer, the best possible service available. We service all of Pinellas County and the surrounding Tampa Bay area. Call Us Today For A Cleaner Tomorrow! 727-543-3276 Here are a few pictures of the job that we completed for them. All Surface replied to All Surface's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Thanks guys. I really do appriciate the comments. I LOVE doing Pressure Washing jobs like these and its great having employees working for you that you don't have to baby sit all the time. My main guy/helper has been with me over 7yrs and my PT guy that I had with me that day has been helping us on Roof Cleaning and Pressure Washing jobs on and off for almost 5yrs... I really couldn't do some of the bigger jobs that we do without them. -
is this used set up worth it?
All Surface replied to mikejjmay's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
If your looking to do Profesional Pressure Washing on a Residential or Commercial level you will want to save your money and purchace a decent Pressure Washer and Hot box or a skid mounted unit that is gas and deisel powered. That is not the machine you want. -
SWEET! Nice job on the Pressure Washing Adrian. We don't have too many Brick Houses over here in Florida to Pressure Wash but when we get one I enjoy Cleaning them. Keep up the great work!

Same here Jason. That reminds me. The next time I Clean Patio furniture I need to take some before and after pictures. It's just something I never think of doing.

Fairfield Inn Hotel Commercial Pressure Washing Florida! Fairfield Inn Pressure Washing Florida! This was a Commercial Building Wash that we completed for a Fairfield Inn, in Plant City Florida on Thursday before the National Cleaning Expo. The Property Manager for the Hotel had called us a few weeks prior and was taking bids for this Cleaning. One of the main reasons that they hired us was because we use a Non Pressure Soft Wash Method on all of our Building Washes. They were very concerned about damage, as the building is made of Drivit. Another reason was the fact that we assured them that the job would be completed in one day without the use of a lift bucket. Other potential bidders had told them that they would need a lift bucket and that the job would take 3-4 days to complete which was going to be a huge inconvenience to the Hotel and their guests. Along with the Building we also Pressure Washed their Pavered Pool Deck area and all the Patio Furniture, their Dumpster Pad and the Pavered Drive up area at the front entrance to the Hotel. We used 4 people and completed the entire job in 5hrs. Here are a few pictures of that job. __________________ Specializing in Tile/ Shingle Roof Cleaning, Concrete Cleaning and Soft Wash Exterior Cleaning Of Residential Homes and Business'. Roof Cleaning And Pressure Washing By All Surface Pressure Cleaning Inc. Blog Holiday Florida Shingle and Tile Roof Cleaning and Pressure Washing! As of August 2010 we will and have began providing Roof Cleaning and Pressure Washing Service to Holiday and the surrounding Pasco County areas. In the past couple of months we have noticed an increase in calls from residents looking for quality Safe Non Pressure Roof Cleaning for their Tile and Shingle Roofs and Soft Wash Pressure Washing For their Homes Exterior, Pool Enclosures/ Cages and Decks and for Concrete Driveway Cleaning. Many who have called are from Communities that have been sent Letters/ Notices from their Home Owners Associations To Have their Roofs Cleaned as well as other areas of their property Cleaned. Yesterday, Saturday 8-14-2010 we performed a Tile Roof Cleaning, House Wash, Pool Deck and Enclosure and Concrete Cleaning for a Client for just that reason in a Home Owner Association In Holiday Florida. Not only was the Homeowner impressed with our method of Cleaning so was the Neighbor next door. They had also recieved a notice to have their Shingle Roof Cleaned but were very leary of calling someone in fear that someone would try to Clean their Shingle Roof using High Pressure. When they noticed our method of Non Pressure Roof Cleaning they immedietly hired us to Clean their Shingle Roof and were very happy with the results. Little did we know it, but we were actually being watched by one of the members on the Home Association Board who eventually approached us and told us how impressed he was with our crew and our equitment. He mentioned that he has seen a couple Pressure Washing companies in the area but non of them seemed to be as professional or as equiped to handle such jobs. If you have recieved a letter from your Homeowners Association or you would just like a free quote from us please feel free to call us at 727-543-3276. Also, be sure to visit the rest of our site here and take a look at our before and after pictures. You may also visit us on our main web site at www.aspc.us Call Us Today For A Cleaner Tomorrow! We look forward to doing business with you. Sincerely, The Team at All Surface Pressure Cleaning 727-543-3276

YEA!!! I would say so. They definitely needed pressure Washing. Great job.
-
You should see how much stuff they throw in the pool when a Hurricane is approaching! I guess it's better than trying to find your stuff 5 blocks away after the storm.
-
This is why my cell phone is my business phone. I cant imagine not using it. I'm sure I would lose tons of business. glad things worked out well for ya though. Good Luck!!!

Your really not going to find anything IMO that is going to clean better than a little Bleach and soap. Heck, a lot of people here in Florida actually throw their Pool Patio chairs etc... in the pool for a day or so to keep them clean. Just be carefull and use a Low Pressure Method when Cleaning them up and RINSE WELL!!!

Does this customer realize that while it MAY help to slow down some of the mold growth it will do absolutely nothing to remove dirt, bugs and pollutents? I would rather get this customer on a regular schedual for Pressure Washing. She will be much happier in the end.

Anybody ever have this happen to them??
All Surface replied to Washerman's question in Residential Pressure Washing
I have been in simular situations with Roof Cleanings and I have walked away. I actually had a Home Owner chase me out to my truck begging me to Clean his Roof. It was charchole black, old and had tons of busted tiles on it. Funny thing is, he kept asking if I had insurance...Ummm, yes I do but I'm not gonna be using it on this job. -

upstream, downstream, M-jet, X-jet....
All Surface replied to CBhaydare's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
I have been using a downstreaming method for years for Pressure Washing. After chems are applied there is a lot of rinse water running through your hoses etc... The chems in the line have never been a problem for me. Your right about up-streaming though. There is no way I'm running chems through my Pressure Washing pump. -
Pressure Washing alone may not work. Use a little Butyl Based Sodium Hydroxide and a soft brisle brush and then rinse. This is something I've run into on Vinyl, Stucco and Garage Doors and it always took it off. Good luck. Hope this helps.

+1,,, A good pump and some good kuri tech hose will save your sanity as well as time.

We have been doing 2-4 jobs per day and the phone still keeps ringing. I feel like I'm going nuts at times. We've been able to keep the wait down to aprox 1 week. Most all of the jobs we are doing involve Roof Cleaning and Pressure Washing at each location. These take time. I actually got excited the other day when a customer only wanted their Roof Cleaned. I Love being busy!!!
-
I couldn't tell you! LOL...Actually I have mine set up to where it is always being re-charged whenever my truck is running. I have it wired through my trailer and then to a seperate plug which runs under my truck and to the truck battery. I've heard some guys say that they can do three or four Roof Cleaning jobs before theirs dies out and others less. I think it would all depend on the size of the Roof you are Cleaning and how long it takes you. Lots of different senarios.

Maybe this will work for you too.
All Surface replied to Adrian's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Gotta agree! Going back to call previous Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning customers can be a bit of a let down at times and it gets REAL tough after 30-40 calls. It does however have its benny's when they start booking for cleanings though. Thanks for the kick in the pants...I think I needed it.
