2. Driveway pictures

Here Thad. Not sure if these are good enough but you can have these. Sending a couple more. I can only up-load so many at one time. Some of the afters are before they are completely dry. I hate hanging around. LOL

4. Have Gun Will Travel

Good idea Gene. You should be able to get some work over there. Good luck. Be safe!
5. SUNSET St. Pete

This is one of the reasons I live here. There have been many nights after a stressed out day that the wife and I take a quick 15 min trip down there, get a pizza and some wings, lay out a blanket on the beach and just watch the sun drop down behind the horizon. Lots of beautiful beaches here. It's nice to feel like your on vacation for a little while whenever you want too...
6. This is a Pool Deck and Enclosure That we Cleaned today for a woman who is selling her home in clearwater Florida. The realtor recomended that she clean it to make it more appealing to potential buyers. Thanks to these boards she was able to find me on the internet. We also Cleaned her Shingle Roof and her concrete Driveway.
7. How do you spray your chlorine?

I normally ds my mix on concrete unless it is really bad. If it's really bad then I will run a strong mix through my SF pump. Sometimes a nice light coating after cleaning and rinsing will kill any left over spores and brighte it right up nice.
8. Big fence problem

If you have a sureflow or a Delevan I would just run that line and spray it down with SH and alot of soap in the mix and let mother nature do all of the rinsing. I've had a few vinyl fences and also concrete walls that were difficult to get to and have done them this way. I normally use alot of Dawn in my mix. Helps alot when the rain hits it and any leftover dead mold residue rinses right off. I normally go back after a couple of good rains to double check it and reaply if needed in the areas that may have been a bit difficult.

13. Pool apron paint

Many of the kool deck surfaces seem to wear down after time in high traffic areas and from mold and mildew stains and lose their color and become faded or dull. Many of the decks I do have already at one time or another been repainted with a kool deck paint to either restore them to the original color or to change the color completely. Some of them that I do are just nasty and need a good cleaning but others do need to be resurfaced or painted. I do agree that the picture above is somewhat questionable as far as what is benieth all of the dirt and mold but more than likely I'm sure it will need to be re-painted which would be a cheaper alterative than a total resurfacing. Swimming Pool Paints and Kool Deck Coatings
14. Pool apron paint

Its a kool deck paint that is used on pool decks. They need to be re-painted every few years or so. if its been in there for 12 yrs and left in that condition I'm positive it is time to re-due it. Of course it's definetly gonna need cleaning first. Alot of the ones we do down here are like that. the paint coating keeps ya feet cool in the summer but it does wear out.
15. Haven't talked to him in a couple of days. Wasn't doing to good though. He actually tried to go out and do a job the day after he got out of the hospital and realized after he hooked everything up that there was gonna be no way he could do it. I told him he was nuts! His doctor told him the same thing and asked if he was trying to kill himself. My butt would be at home resting not out there in this heat. He still has no feeling on his left side and by what the doctors are telling him he may never have it again. NOT GOOD!
16. OK! Now I think i know which one our talking about. As soon as you said they painted it pink I remembered seeing it. Hey, Maybe I should paint my truck and trailer pink and people would remember me more. LOL
17. No. It was south of morningside back off of Belleair. WHY! Is there another one that looks like that? LOL Not trying to steal your thunder. Just wanted to show you a pic.
18. An option for those struggling......

My Bad Jeff. Sorry buddy. Cajun said he would rather spend the extra time fishing and playing golf. I appoligize. It wasn't you. Sometimes I get sooo confused! LOL...I'll try to pay more attention! :lgbugeyesLOL
19. An option for those struggling......

Sounds to me like you are trying to justify your pricing to the customer by telling them you are going to work harder for your $ than the next guy Jeff. If one guy is going to cut a lawn with a 52in riding mower and wants $100.00 and another is going to cut it with a 21in push mower should the guy with the push mower get $175.00 for the same job when the results are going to be the same? Better yet- Is the customer going to go with the $175.00 just because he is going to sweat more? I truely believe that people probably are probably going with you because of your selling skills, your personality and the quality of work that you can show them you do through before and after pics, website etc...Once you realize that you can sell them for the same price and do it without brushing you will be SOOO much Happier. You say you want more time to fish and to play golf? Ds a house wash and you will make the same $ and be on the golf course by noon rather than by 2:00 pm and still have a Very Happy customer. Whats the old saying? Work smarter- Not harder... Heck Jeff, We already work hard enough why add to the pain!
20. Nice Job Jason. I like the house. I did one a little like that one awile back In Cl. Nice to do something other than the average cookie cutter that seam to always be the norm. Keep up the good work!
21. Fay Pic

A coupleof years ago we had a storm that blew through St Pete. It was just a small thin line of a storm but the whole thing drove right over us for 6 hrs straight. Here is what our parking lot looked like right before it got even worse. This is when your glad you live on the 3rd floor! I'm glad Fay didn't visit us. I'm sure this would have been the case again or even worse.
22. Fay Pic

25. Be Safe Florida

Hang in there guys. Glad to hear all is well so far. Not a darn thing happening here. Still the same. Little breezy and a couple of very light showers that blew through for about 2 min each. Stay safe!
