  1. recipe for cleaning dryvit?

    Most of the houses I've washed that were dryvit I've washed them by ds'ing 12.5 % sc and dawn. It usually cuts through the black and green mold very nicely followed up by a light rinse to remove the dead mold residue. This house was not real bad but it was dryvit with foam moldings around the window sills, trim and garage doors. Even the wedges under the gutter were made of foam.   2. Thats too funny. Looks like he is trying to figure out how to work one of those $100.00 Karcher electric ones. He's probably still there!
