Sorry if this question has been asked before. I don't recall reading anything. I'm interested in the cost it would take (ballpark) to get started in interior & exterior New Construction (I have existing builder contacts) and residential house washing & gutters? I realize, from reading a lot of posts, that there are many factors to be figured into the equation. However, I'm looking for an educated guess on cost related to my basic needs in regard to equipment (I have nothing), cleaning agents, insurance (business & personal), marketing/advertising, and anything else I'm forgetting. Last 2 questions: Do people generally feel the need for their homes/gutters to be cleaned? Or are all of you having to convince them of their need? Thanks. Hogman...feeling like a pre-Newbie

Thanks for the reply Mike. I figured it probably wouldn't be year round work. Your suggestions are helpful. I'm guessing PA is the same. Any suggestions from you or others on what to research concerning pressure washing? What's the best way to test the market? Any areas of the business you would suggest avoiding? I'm interested in what the residential pressure washing industry is like in North East Ohio. Is the market saturated with pressure washers? Is there year round income in the residential sector of the market? Is there anyone between Canton and Cleveland willing to let me ride along for a few days and learn about the industry? Thanks.
