I have a big dilemma my fellow cleaners. I want to sell my rig, i'm just not sure how i should list it. here are the specs and let me know what you guys think....

20HP Honda 3000Psi at 8GPM

1 225gal water tank

1 135gal chemical tank

1 55gal chemical tank

75' water hose with reel

300' high pressure hose with a reel

300' chemical hose with reel

1 flojet 3.7gpm pump

6'x12' tandem trailer

and now here is my dilemma....

I also have a HOT WATER DIESEL BURNER, but i took it off. should i put it back on and try to sell it with the burner or without?

how much do you think i can ask for it? the rig is about 1.5 years old it runs like new i changed the oil on it weekly.

Thats crazy expensive, I guess thats one thing about Florida, everyone has pools so they need chlorine. I pay 92cents a gallon at a pool supply store, i use to pay $1.35 before I heard about the one i use now. I should be thankful.

[How do you spray your chlorine?]

If its really nasty i use flowjet and than high pressure. One time I used 100% chlorine, and even after that sitting for a bit, the only thing cleaned it nice was steam.

argh didn't make a what i wanted on that job, but you live and you learn.

When its not that nasty than the 20% chlorine injector and than high pressure

I've been doing HOA's for 2 years and pressure washing for 3, I haven't used a lift, i have a person that i bring to operate it when i use on. I don't know which is the proper harness to use, that is why i asked, i didn't mean to **** anyone off sorry guys :(

this job is 46 2 story units and 12units in a 4 story condo. in 2007 i've done about 175 HOA roofs im here to NETWORK and to learn more from others. In my opinion that is the beautiful thing about pressure washing that almost every guy uses different equipment and a different method. and all of us help each other out and not compete like in other occupations.

I have a trailer mounted rig

6'x12' 225gallon water tank a 55gallon and a 165 gallon chemical tank. 300feet of high pressure hose, 75 feet of water hose, 300 feet of low pressure hose,

The motor is a 20HP honda, with a 8gallon per minute general pump. I also have a flowjet motor for low pressure chemical spray. I had a hot water heater, but i took it off, because i never use it.

Hi all, I am new to the board and i have a question regarding pricing. I am bidding on a 13,000 squarefoot roof, that is 3 stories high, and i was wondering how much would you guys charge. I would be using a chemical only low pressure cleaning on the tile roof. The Roof isn't that steep but its still 3 stories up.

Also how do you guys price commercial roofs? By the square footage?
