  1. First Job Complete - Rewarding

I just got back from my first "real" power washing job that I hard bid and got. Job was for a truck fleet that had me wash their shop building (with 10 30' sooted doors), 10-foot shop skirting around entire building, 2 large fuel tanks, and a 6 pump diesel fuel bay. I found out that the machine, the chemical, the surface cleaner won't always get the job done. It takes some good old fashioned elbow grease to power through. I had a small window of opportunity to complete the job. The first night I went in and cleaned from 4 PM to 11 PM. Sunday was from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM. Had to finish before trucks were rolling Monday morning and I committed to it. The good feeling is that I completed the job on time and made some descent cash on the deal (even after all business related expenses). Also, I found out the hard work that it takes and know that the threat of any short timers coming in and taking my business will be short lived because they'll find out what it takes. Hats off to all of you and the hard work you put in!
  2. Can you give me more info on the gas station cleaning?

  3. Thanks for the response. I submitted by bid at $500 per station within a 60 mile radius of my location. I also gave discounts for 20 store, 40 store, and 60 store locations. The areas are not excessively big and I only plan on getting rid of waste water in a local sanitary sewer system. Should work right?

  4. I do lots of Gas stations, if you don't reclaim you can make that 104 and then some, if want to know more contact me
