HI Everyone, I was wondering if I don't have the use of hot water PW. I just have a carcher3500 cold pressure washer can I clean concrete. With what sort of potion. I do have lots of HS 12% but what should I add to it for a good cleaning solution. I can always look into renting a hot water machine if it will make a huge difference. I was talking to a fellow who is a supplier for our housekeeping division and he recommended a degreaser product called Simple Green but I thought that was just an all purpose cleaner?? anyways again thank-you in advance for any info you may be able to guide me in the right direction... Much appreciated! Dale

Hello everyone, I have noticed over the last year or so my roof which is approx 12 years old really starting to look its age. In that alot of moss is starting to live on it. Is it ok to pressure wash it or would it be better to spray with some sort of de mosser? Not looking for another project but I don't like the looks of how this is looking these days.... thank-you, dale

Thanks guys, I was at Home Depot the other day looking for some sort of product and of course they didn't have anything so my original thought was to find a product and just apply with a hand spray or hose end sprayer and let our west coast weather remove for me. Not 100% lazy just thought no need to use alot of effort to remove as nature these days is supplying all the H2O we can possibly want! lol dale

Hi everyone, I have spent so much time reading researching and trying to figure out what is best to apply to the new decking I have worked on for the past month. I would like to apply whatever it is best before I actually install the deck boards. The wood is western red cedar. Now that I have such an overload of information I wonder if someone can recommend a product that they have used and have experience with. I visited every local paint store in town and I seemed to know more about what I didn't want than they had to offer. thanks so much, dale

Thanks for the welcome. I have added a signature. I am a homeowner and a rental property manager so I don't do it for a living but I do have extensive hands on experiance building using Western Red. I need pointers for the proper prep for a Western Red Cedar Deck and more importantly the correct product to use so I do not have to tear the deck apart and use it for firewood Again :banghead: After much reading I have concluded that Ready Seal seems to be the most recommended product to use but I dont know if it is available in British Columbia. Thanks for everyones replies so far.
