Hey everyone,
My name is Sean Moody am I'm out in California. I've been pressure washing for a few years now and roof cleaning is now my main market. I have already learned somuch from your professional expertise and look forward to developing better methods for roof washing. The roofs out here are mostly tile and very heavily covered in algae. I've dabbled with different chems unsuccessfully and have been resorting to high pressure turbo nozzle cleaning. I am looking forward to trying the "apple sauce" method on our dirty roofs and will let you know how it goes. I don't know of any other contractor who is currently using this method out here, so I might be on to a breakthrough. Sodium hypochlorite is $3.00 a gallon here though so I'm looking for a good wholesaler but haven't found one yet. Anybody out there familiar with contacts in the San Diego area for chems?
