Yeah I'm on my phones browser now. So it is not setup for Tapatalk though?

Since the forum Redo I can't log in with Tapatalk. Anyone else having same problem? What do I need to do? I only get on my laptop a few times a week for business entries and hate fooling with it then.

I would think a longer hose on the intake with a short hose for your small container and this should be a great drum pump for bleach.

Can you reach it with a brush on a longarm pole? How high is it? F8 would work great on it brushed on and rinsed off. When you are brushing it wear ppe. Don't want acid in your eyes or on your face or skin.

Rust stains. Bleach won't touch it. You'll need some acid. F8 oxalic or F9.

Well I went back and did find ingredients in the msds

I can't seem to figure out the active ingredient. ..msds doesn't show anything. Do be sure to dilute it 4 or 5 to 1. I did read where someone stripped paint with a stiff brush and I think they said a 1 to 1 dilution. I use a soft brush.

Actually I started using LA's Simply Awesome this year and have had fantastic results. I put 1/2 gallon in 2 or 2-1/2 gallons of water and apply with a soft brush. I always first spray my downstream wash mix and then my tech falls in behind me brushing the gutters. So far this year it has not let me down. It had been very effective. I finally got around to taking some b/a pics today. I've got to start doing more of these pictures.

Caustic soda beads aka sodium hydroxide. It's used in making bleach. It is common at any chemical supplier. I get mine from Univar. Don't make it too strong it strips stain from decks and can strip paint in string solutions.
-
I agree too. Sod percarb is very weak at killing mildew. I would think the top of the boards might need cleaned too.
-
Care to define SH and SB?Yes please confirm so we can help SH could be either sodium hypochlorite (bleach) or sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) . No clue what SB is.

Typically I only use tsp on painted siding when prepping for repaint. Too strong a mix can mess up glass im told but I've never had a problem. Tsp etches the paint microscopically to help the new paint hold better.

I downstream using an 8gpm machine so I am told I should draw about 1 gallon soap for every 16 gallons water. I have never tested it but I believe I'm drawing a good bit stronger. Wheather I'm using 12.5% or just store bought bleach I still get good results filling a bucket half water and half bleach. Depending on what im washing I add two or three cups simple cherry or sodium metasilicate or tsp. If I'm using just household bleach I add a cup of caustic soda to help kick up the cleaning power. I can easily clean the nastiest houses with this mix.

It is not very effective for roof cleaning. You still have to come back and pressure wash the roof afterwards is my understanding. Sodium hypo is the way to go.

Yes I often use just a regular housewash mix on moldy mildewed concrete. Sometimes after I also spray and leave it . Especially if there are tannin stains in the concrete. Makes it look great. If there are rust stains or red dirt stains I may spray and leave oxalic acid.

The hourly weather graph on the national weather service is great. Not only the rain percent but the amount of rain per hour. It may be 100% chance of rain but only .02 inches. During storms I like the wunderground radar with storm tracks and Data for each storm cell.

Not familiar with that. I would take a five gallon bucket, put in 3 gallons 12.5% bleach, two cups powdered tsp substitute and fill with water and xjet on the bad spots. Downstream the rest.

Is your tsp substitute a powder or liquid?

Just fan it out some and back off. Don't hit it too hard.

Pics? May need a strong solution applied with a Chem pump or xjet.
Yeah the tsp substitute with sodium metasilicate would be helpful.

That should Work just fine if it is fresh. Good luck on your project.

Ya know that's not that bad of a rig if it is a low baller rig. To me a low baller rig is on aisle 33 at my local home depot.Yeah I got pictures a lot worse than that I could post if I was on my puter.

National Weather services hourly graph. Just go to bottom of your areas page and select " hourly forecast graph" here is mine...
That wind graph is about as handy as the rain and lightening graph.

Absolutely not! No way can a customer understand me using an 8gpm pump with the right chemicals or a big surface cleaner vs a "beer money" kid with a cheap homeowner machine and no chemical. I quote by the job and 100% satisfaction.
