Hi, I'm Sam.
I just resently starting pressure washing full time after working in the wood veneer business since I was 18, that was in 1979.
My primary wood veneer I produced on a regular basis was Eastern Red Cedar. I supplied Lane Cedar Chest Co. and most furniture manufacturers in High Point, NC.
My last employer down here in Alabama bought my Veneer operation and I have been running it for him since '02. We resently closed the mill and that's when I decided to pressure wash full time. My Ex Boss also owns a Trucking company and a Logging Company so he is my main customer as of now.
I can't wait to show people what I can do with a driveway or walkway.
I enjoy reading and learning from each of you on this Forum.
I will add what I can when I can.
I hope soon, I'm too busy to read to much on here, just catch up on rainy days...lol

I currently have an open trailer mounted set up 4.5 gpm, hot water,325 tank, but I am considering a flat bed set up similar to what a lot of the roof guys use. I guess there are pluses and minuses to both, just don't like pulling a trailer.I'm thinking, if the truck don't start one morning, you can borrow one to hook the trailer up to and never miss a beat.

My S.O.P. is the following:
Be Honest
Be curtious
Treat the customer like I would want you to treat my Mom
Be prompt
Keep equipment is tip top shape
Keep good records
I keep a journal of conversations with contacts
I say thank you (because I am grateful) that's an easy one
Mainly I remember, I'm making a living and not just getting up each day to chase a dollar bill.
I help others in need.
I LEARN something new everyday
I try to make it a goal each day to stay off of ladders....lol
