  1. New Company Motto.

Try this for a good name: Knuckleheads Pressure Washing, Limited. We promise to clean it right, no spot left un-damaged, um uncleaned.
  2. New Company Motto.

Is that all she took? you still have your WAND? WAIT, please don't check and see if it is there in public, would not want to start a laughing stampede.
  3. Birds Do It.

    Dairy cleaver:D
  4. We get by with a little help from our friends...

From Steve's board. I will be doing copy/paste between this and Steve's board so all can see what is happening in helping Morgan. --------------------------------------- Thanks Jon Thanks for posting this. I have been keping long hours lately and was not aware of the full scope of things with Morgan. I have spoke with him a few times but he is not the type to brings things like this up and I did not realize the effort from Beth and the guys there and I admire them for it. This is the way we should all feel about one another. __________________ Steven Rowlett

Morgan look outside for a rainbow as you walk towards your mailbox as you will find small pieces of gold showing up, some very small, others a bit larger but gold to you is on the way. Jon
  6. Story Time.

Once upon a time in a nice little forest, there lived an orphaned bunny and an orphaned snake. By a surprising coincidence, both were blind from birth. One day, the bunny was hopping through the forest, and the snake was slithering through the forest, when the bunny tripped over the snake and fell down. This, of course, knocked the snake about quite a bit. "Oh, my, said the bunny, "'I'm terribly sorry; I didn't mean to hurt you. I've been blind since birth, so I can't see where I'm going. In fact, since I'm also an orphan, I don't even know what I am." "It's quite OK," relied the snake. "Actually, my story is much the same as yours. I, too, have been blind since birth, and also never knew my mother. Tell you what, maybe I could slither all over you, and work out what you are, so at least you'll have that going for you." "Oh, that would be wonderful,” replied the bunny. So the snake slithered all over the bunny, and said, "Well, you're covered with soft fur, you have really long ears, your nose twitches, and you have a soft cottony tail. I'd say that you must be a bunny rabbit. "Oh thank you! Thank you," cried the bunny, in obvious excitement. The bunny suggested to the snake, "Maybe I could feel you all over with my paw, and help you the same way that you've helped me." So the bunny felt the snake all over, and remarked, "Well, you're smooth and slippery, and you have a forked tongue, no backbone, and no balls. I'd say you must be French.
  7. Story Time.

Morgan this is old advice but before replying to any post right now count to 25, not 10 like they say, that way you will cool down some before posting. Another thing that I have do is type up my reply in Word and then spell check, print it and read out loud to myself. You would be surprised how much you can see the heat of your speach that way, then edit it and do it again till it is nice. Then copy and paste your reply. It works, trust me it does as I used to be the biggest pest around, every post was negative and spitful. Just ask a few of the old timers that have been around 4 years or more. Remember that once you burn a bridge you can never rebuild it and cross back over, something you surely do not want to do. Jon
  8. Story Time.

Morgan I can't offer much more then what has been said but can offer one bit of advice my dad always said to me when things were not good, "never look back as you cannot change what has been done but look forward and think of what you can change to make things better." Jon
  9. Story Time.

Morgan I thought you did pressure washing and sweeping full time. Did not know you had a full time job also, sorry to hear you got laid off it. Anything I can do just ask and if I can help I will. Jon
  10. Story Time.

It was posted as a joke and not meant to offend anyone. Seems everyone here understood that too. I am not about slamming Morgan, well other then to "get" Everett:D Jon
  11. Tim yes that is what I was referring to and at times I take things to seriously, so I mistook your joke. Now that said start working on your idea, you never know till you try, right? Jon
  12. Hate to bust your bubble Tim but there is a machine that cleans 18 wheeler truck trailers around already and it sounds like your idea is a take off from theirs. Notice I said SOUNDS LIKE, not is, not a copy etc. I just don't remember the name of the darn thing but have seen them in action and know of a guy who has or had one, it is or was for sale. Jon
  13. Custom Avatar Frames... want one?

Beth I think you need to make it a bit larger for Grant. Not to much more but another oh um, well larger like yours. Jon
  14. Custom Avatar Frames... want one?

Grant I was just tying to help you! Oh well perhaps another time:D
  15. Custom Avatar Frames... want one?

Grant just smear some on your face before taking your picture, easier that way and Beth won't have to wash her hands. LOL
  16. What is/was the biggest stumbling block

Ron P. The new guy is going to have most of those stumpling blocks. I mean the one I met a couple weeks ago who jus bought his rig has all those bridges to cross. Geez I can remember the worst part for me was being forced, yes forced to publish my home address, they would not accept my post office box even though it is with the USPS. I try to prevent that from being given out for many reasons. Now it has become public record. Well was, I have found a way to stop it from being used to much, get junk mail, write across it DECEASED, and RETURN TO SENDER. BINGO your off the mailing list. Ok so it has nothing to do with what your asking other then it came from being forced to register the business with my physical address. Jon
  17. Hd 80

I had to oppertunity to try HD 80 from Beth and just want to report to all of you that the product works great. I tried it on some of my worst accounts and although I did not take before and after pictures I wish I had as it works, really super job. I am now going to also test the EFC to see how that works as it will be more friendly with my reclaim system. Jon
  18. Custom Avatar Frames... want one?

Beth did mine with water so now lets have some fun with mine. Beth can you make that water RUN or appear to be moving around the frame? Jon
  19. What is/was the biggest stumbling block

Add getting or keeping insurance coverage now. Seems many are having problems there, and if you can find it is the rate reasonable? Could add fuel cost but we really don't have much control over it other then it eating away at our profits. I know this is not really what many would say important but how about if the manufactures and suppliers would inform us of updates or improvements to the equipment. Like recalls from automotive dealers. Example my Kohler used to backfire and the dealer says it is normal, I called Kohler and find out they make a product that prevents that. I feel if it is a known problem they should offer the fix FREE instead of charging you for the item to fix the problem. Not cheap but no laws require them to repair or recall these motors. Jon
  20. Anyone ever heard of a company named Cairns, they manufacture a surface cleaner called The Grand Spike and I believe others also. Cannot find anything on them, web page, where located, prices etc. I have heard it uses the wand as the handle, ok ok don't say it, I already know and told the person who asked me what I though! Anything at all would help me find this company. Thanks, Jon
  21. Thanks Ron, not bad looking but truly not the best from what I can see. Need to contact them for more information. No not for me but helping a newbie out here. Jon
  22. Insurance Cancelled

Heard nothing yet and mine is due for renewal soon too. Now not sure I want to call my agent or wait for the Dear John letter. What bugs me is even if we have a clean record, no claims for years we get cut off. All they want are accounts that they make money off, not those that cost them. So that being the case just what in heck is insurance anyway if not to protect us? Jon
  23. Water Tank

Ron did I mention 100% daily interest???? Thanks I shall look for it in a few days. Howard here is a not to good picture of my by-pass valve, look close and you will the top of the handle facing down,(red hose coming out of 3way ball valve) very seldom do I ever run it normal, I would say 99% it is as you see it, in by-pass back to my tank. Can run for hours and hours without fear of the pump over heating. Also you can see the white filter going into the pump, it has since been moved as I have made changes to my setup. If you want more pictures or better ones let me know and I will try to take them for you. Jon
  24. Water Tank

Run your pump in by-pass and the water back to the tank. Just don't do it if using up or down stream. Jon
  25. Post & Save! Prizes for posters... - Contest!

Beth so all who are voting know what a camelback is how about a picture and let them know what it does. I am not sure if you have done this in the look whats new forum or not. Also since I am a Super Moderator I would feel better if my post are not counted for this. I would rather see others become winners, really. Jon
