If you take the time and effort to learn all their is know about the business it can be very rewarding. It's not easy, you need to do your research, do quality work, and advertise and promote your company every chance you get. Unlike some businesses, you need to get your name out there, they wont just come.

Just wanted to see if there is anything one can do when someone steals your website you paid good money for word for word? Pioneerpressurewashingsc.com stole my content and refuses to get it down after numerous emails and phone messages requesting that it get's removed. Today he submitted a fake poor work review on my merchant circle blog. Guy is a total loser

The pages are different. The pics and the content are word for word mine. Thanks for your input guys.

Thinking real hard about it.

I have the same issue. A guy in south carolina stole my brothers wholes site but took it down when confronted. He then stole my entire site word for word and has not responded to my requests to get it down. He then sent me emails almost laughing in my face. He took it to a new level today when he made a bogus review on a merchant circle blog. Guy is a total loser. Pioneerpressurewashingsc.com. I guess some people like to take the short cut. I'm sure thats how he runs all aspects of his business.

I always do a prewalk thru with customer and take pics of things that may come back to bite me in the ass. When I'm done, I again have homeowner do a walk thru to make sure it all is looking up to expectations. Don't like unnecessary return trips.

3.5 gal SH, 1.5 water 2 cups Simple Cherry, and 6 oz F13. If they dont come clean to my high standards I use F13 and brush. I charge extra for this and state on the contract.

If gutters dont come clean with normal house wash mix its an add on to hand brush. Customers know this before the work starts. Generally my mix gets them clean the majority of the time.

Brenntagg or Univar is good start. Need to factor in all the up charges. Fees for this and that , 55 drum deposit etc.

Have rarely had people ask to have sealed unless they have money to burn. A good concrete sealer is somewhat expensive and most dont want to pay for the extra. Just my own personal experience.

Have a new baseball stadium opening in our area. Contacted them to do volunteer entrance cleaning for ad on scoreboard during opening day. Volunteering services is a good relatively cheap way to get some good advertising.

I get almost all residential from my website and referrals. The cost of having a well built site will pay for itself in a couples jobs.

I use X jet with red preportioner as well. Otherwise X jet will suck chem like crazy.

I am a newbie to posting but definately not to powerwashing. I thought the bb's were for people in the trade to share information and help one another. If your strong with your business practices why would you worry about helping a newbie out? I'm sure you had help along the way.
