Is muriatic acid the best to use when removing oil and dirt stains from asphalt and concrete. Does muriatic have any special handling instructions? Is this stuff dangerous to the customers property? Thanks

Hi, What is the difference between muriatic & oxalic (?) acid. What are the pros and cons of them. I spoke to someone at delco a while back and they told me what to use for cleaning asphalt & concrete. However, I do not remeber what chem. they recommended. Any ideas? They did say use less on asphalt due to it being more pourous. please advise thank you

Hi, I have a 2400 psi 3 gpm cold water p.w. There are places where I can buy a 7-12 hp horizontal / direct drive shaft engine and also buy a 3000 psi 4 gpm pump. Should I go this route or just buy one at a store. Please post pros and cons of both. I think building would be cheaper , right?? thanks

How can you be sure a customer is satisfied? h/o said things loked okay and gave me a sizeable tip. They had a very large concrete patio 20+ yrs old with potted plants everywhere. Therefore, I left a few small dirt streaks because when plants got wet, they leak. Some of these plants were too heavy to move. Also, in front of the garage doors , there were mold stains ( green and back spots) that I could not get out. What type of mold was it? Aside from those two items everything else came out beautiful. Lastly, she had another p/w co. in there a few years back. She was not satisfied with their work. They damaged some of her plants. There were a few potted plants that she said were bent and was not a big deal. This was a fairly wealthy lady (husband is professional) and basicaly has a full-time job scheduling contractors. Your thoughts on my job description.

what is NI WATER?

Any suggestions on how one can p.w a house, leave the screens on and just spray detergent on window , then squeege it off? I do not want the liability of guys climbing ladders (especially when wet). thanks
