Hello Guys/Gals, I had customer to call wanting me to give her a price on cleaning her deck. It’s a small deck and I believe that the quote I gave her was to low. Tell me was 250.00 to low for me to clean/briten/sealing it. I don’t have the numbers but I do have some pictures. Thanks Daryl

Hey guys this will be my first deck to clean. I’m not sure if this wood thing is for me. I’m going to give it a try just to see if it’s worth my time and effort. I will give it 110% and use the best chemical I can find. I will keep you guys posted. Thanks Daryl -

Hello every one I have an idea I wont to try out. Can I combine a xjet and a shurflo pump set up? I purchased 150ft of xjet hose and I wont to mount it on the trailer along with the hose reel as well I wont to buy a fifty-gallon chem. tank and use my xjet when I need it or use the shurflo when I need to apply my chem.@ 2gal per min an not make a mess or use the xjet and go thru a 5gal pail in a matter of mins. Would it be hard to set up? Will the union work at all? I’m trying to make my rig one-man user friendly. What do need to do?

Hello Guys and Gals I need your advice on by far the largest cleaning job I have ever had to bid on. I have to admit that the size of this church took my breath away. (1) How much chemical do I need to clean with? (My guess was 4 55gal drums of 12% pool chlorine with 20gals of bourlox to give it some sticking power (2) What type of boom lift would you use? The church is about 3 stores high (3) Would you use a tarp on the awnings (4) How long should it take a two man crew (5) Should I give them a large volume price Let me know what you guys think and thanks in advance Daryl

Clay i will try not to forget about the wind :)

Thanks Scott I will give my xjet and my extention wand a shot an see will it give me the range i need to do the job
-
Hey Mike I need the lift because my ext wand wont give me the height I need To apply my chemicals or rinse even with my x jet I can’t get the ranch I need I have an 18ft ext wand and for some strange reason my xjet won’t get any suction after 8 or 9 ft.

I forgot to tell you guys about the 4 large wasp nest (yikes)

Good afternoon every one well it seems that I will need a lift and I found one that I think that will make cleaning the church a little easer to do. For all of the guys and gals who were nice to share some great ideas thanks again for your insight. Here is the lift I will use if they accept my bid. The boom lift is a Genie tz-34/20 this is a trailer mounted lift. The fee to rent is 175.00 a day I figure I can pick it up on Friday afternoon and work all day Saturday. I looked at the lift on line and it seems like it would be pretty easy to use the web address is www.genieindustries.com now on the chemical side I think 220gals would be too much I will cut that in half 120. Celeste I will give Steve a call on Monday. The head of maintenance also wants a bid on doing the gutters as well. They haven’t cleaned them out in 4 years. Thanks guys I will keep you informed on what happens next. East Shelby Power Cleaning Daryl

Hello guys and gals, this is a small job I did on Saturday the customer was very happy with the results. On the other hand I was wondering was there any other products out there that I could use for this type of flagstone. I used a mild soap and cold water but I wasn’t impressed with the soap I used.
-
sorry about that yes how could i use them simultaneously and what hardware do i need. I want to be able to wash from the ground or if i need to apply the chem to a walkable roof.

Hi guys an gals, I need your help with my first wood restoration job (a nice deck) I’m not a wood man at all but I think I can over come this with your help. 1) What chem. do I need to just only wash it and brighten up? 2) How much to charge him? 3) How long would it take to finish the job? 4) What nozzle do I need to use? P.S. I want to do a super good job on this Thx Daryl
