  3. Deck pricing

    How have you been pricing them until now? Not all jobs are created equal for the most part with lots of factors to take into consideration. Also my stain cost and labor is not the same as yours.
  4. The few times I mixed it was about 1 cup butyl 2-3 cups hydroxide beads making a 5 gallon mix applied with 12 v pump. I think a little goes along way! :cool:

  13. My phone never stops ringing here in Texas unless it's raining. It was a cooler Winter and somewhat slower than usual but it was a rare Winter.
  14. I'm here ready for a busy Spring and summer and getting a back log like you wouldn't believe!! :cool:
  15. Here is an arbor I worked on today since it was in the 70's in beautiful Houston! The arbor was last stained in 2003 and held up real good I was very pleased! It was stained with Gray Away Cedar Dark and took a total of 8 gallons.

  17. I would say 5 yrs is too long before oiling a deck again especially using RS max 2 yrs unless it's covered then 3 if you lucky. I use bleach all the time without brightening it all depends how the wood looks but stripping I always brighten.

  20. Ok here is just a few small corner lots I have to stain them as they build them and they build them fast.....
  21. Well the flagstone was sealed that really helped me and once I wet it down then covered with plastic it's smooth sailing. Nice Ipe overhead I wish I could see structures built with great wood like IPE! Here was the inside prepped and ready..
