oh yeah Steve you can neutralize again after u bleach those spots.

I wouldn't mix bleach with anything but water then rinse well but it should remove the mildew.

Sand it off if you can't use water.... wheww i hate sanding if i don't have to!!

Everett yes Wood Savers of Texas is my applicating company and do use it everyday.
I buy the product out of Plano Tx where it's made.I only distribute in and surrounding Houston area but the BULK of my biz is applicating.

I didn't have to strip it I've been re-staining this deck for yrs since it was new .Maint for the stain i use is light bleach and rinse well then re apply no P/washing.My jobs hold up 2 yrs out here in heavy sun.

It's a parrafinic oil base really heavy penetrating and easy to use.
Here is another view with a great shot of the area that i have 50 or more decks and docks in the area.Mostly weekend homes for these people.

Treated w/Gray Away 50/50-Gold/Brown took about 4 hrs 1 shur flo pump.Dock is still a little wet

Here is a PT deck that i treated 4 or 5 yrs ago.The homeowner let the painters paint the deck along with her house over my oil base stain.Looked like it was primed also which took even longer to remove.Took me 8 hrs to clean along with a lot of stripper.I removed enough of the old paint to where i shoudln't have to sand even in the cracks

I wish i could get those higher prices like you guys up on the east coast and other parts of the country.
I guess being in a higher coast of living so the price fits the economy?
A lot of my jobs are customer referals so i don't have to haggle on price.
Depending on the dificulty of the job to be cleaned is how i base my cleaning charge.Staining I do pretty good at .60 sqft. for decks here in Tx.
I've also found out being good at what you do justifies the bill at the end of the day.
Everett is right i've seen a few companies go under and sell out in no time.Seeing them drive up to a job site in a Hummer had to have something to do with it also.
