commercial contracts info needed

Carlos, You are extremely generous. Want to have some low cost salespeople??? visit www.bni.com , search for a group in your area, visit, learn the ropes, and join. Its a referral forum with only one person from any one service. -
A tag of anysort gives you the look of legitimacy and commitment. Kind of like being Wolman Certified, BBB member, NFIB member, Chamber of Commerce Member. Ethics used to be involved with being a member of an assosiation of anykind, whether they are 'audited' for that or not, who knows. The biggest problem is cheap (moneywise) oriented people. The customers you should market to are the ones willing to pay you for what you are worth.

I've always been a fan of the peanut butter cookie with a kiss in the middle, and it has absolutely nothing to do with living so close to Hershey. Just remember too many cookies and not enough work will make you a Santa doppleganger next christmas season. Keep festive but don't loose your focus.

I just read online that the space needle is taking the whole city on tour.....Hendrix is headlining the tour.:)

To what? Win a wildcard game and advance? Holmgren, Sherman, Tice, and Reid, will all join Mariucci.

I loved the first play the Colts ran...Can't wait to see if Sports Illustrated was right. If so I may sell everything and see two of my favorites live for a second time.

Accountant first, lawyer second. Roofing is probably without a doubt the toughest, most honest work you will do.

Amuse us what is BOMA... I've never heard of it but I'll search for it.

Honestly the weep holes are only doing what they were designed to do....let water/moisture drain out from behind the siding. Indoor mold on the other hand is a whole other ball game

How far south??? Ocala or Orlando??? Hopefully she just poops out and just drops rain. I have a beef with those 'weather bugs'....aren't there 26 letters in OUR alphabet...where was Quincy, Rosey, Tiki, and Zeke??? Hopefully all those affected will pull through safely.

they are just responding to our 'panic' that is brought by many parties. Its like a snowstorm up here....they say it will snow, suddenly everyone needs bread and milk. Then it doesn't snow, so your stuck drinking an extra gallon of milk and packing a sandwich for lunch. According to my accountant we've been close on some jobs as far as 'net'ting $100 an hour but I work all year not just an hour at a time

They've got us by our right foot. Our duty should be to call them on their own policies. Hess, Shell/Texaco, ExxonMobil, they all supposedly 'care about our environment', visit their websites, it's in full color. They are constantly posting RECORD profits, and in the interum, polluting the "h,e,double hockey sticks" (appropriate now that hockey is done with their tantrum) out of OUR environment. Lets all join together and call them on there "promise" I recently got an email to this link http://www.dep.state.pa.us/newsreleases/default.asp?ID=3673 Hmm, perhaps at the pump site they can show a concern, and they'll find the solution to other problems. When pumping fuel into a truck and it stops at $75 and still isn't full.....something has to be reevaluated.

Great 'added' input Mr. Phelps...The only reason my comments were mentioned before is due to a radio station here asked for donations for a "big" check to donate.....beneficiary....Clear Channel Communications....knowing loopholes is good but taking advantage of all of them is absurd.
-
Better yet tell them you will match their donation and buy the stamp. Some people are already aware of the "collect and claim for yourself scam". We encountered that with a tornado disaster here last July 13.

Squirtgun/Scott Karvonen once mentioned using a total vegetation killer ie...Triox or a comparable product to kill it. Makes sense if you think about it.

Dale, This situation shows the importance of making friends with a general contractor, roofer, painter, and even a realtor. Connections breed work.

Reading your MSDS sheets help, and researching with other literature will advise you of the similarities of the chemicals doing the work. Potassium Hydroxide and Sodium Hydroxide are both commonly referred to as LYE.
