  1. yup, look what the cat dragged in....LOL

been super busy over the winter with the regular gig, Im tellin ya all, the world is getting goofier and goofier every day......If this keeps up I may have to cash in the pension and spray full time.... :)

anyway, just landed a couple of jobs, and did a house wash this morning...nothing like a 28 year old aluminum housewash to start the season off with...pics and the story to follow....

be safe everyone (Im actually at work, so I guess I outta go investigate something, somewhere....shhhhhh, dont tell anyone Im at TGS though)

  2. RC.....sounds like a good idea if it was a simple procedure, Id like to tinker with my 2 shurflos too, and I did mess with the adjustment too much and screwed up the pressure switch....(shurflo replaced for free)

with sealer, I like and use the gun from sunbrite supply, it has a dial to adjust the flow.....works well (I have 2 of them, one I leave with an extension wand attached, about 16 inches)

  3. Hello eveyone, its been awhile...a loooong while

hope everyone had a great winter, and Ive got a boatload of reading to do here so I can catch up on some great info (and disputes)

the site looks quite different now too, just when I had it somewhat figured out.....Looks great Beth :)

  4. Phillip, there are tons of very successful businesses out there that have a hyphen in their names.....and if someone is in their car without a pen and you tell them your website, either give them a card or tell them "its pressure pros dot com, with a hyphen".....if they dont get it, cant remember it, cant google it, then maybe they shouldnt be operating a motor vehicle anyway.. :)

  5. outstanding.....!! if I can save our driveway, it may be another direction to go into also......i tlooks like someone "skim coated" the surface years ago and its busting up on the surface and I can see the rough "stone" underneath, if that makes any sense...? I may have to look into this, (fixing and sealing) as opposed to having the whole drive replaced....

    thanks

  6. Craig, or anybody else that would know, how would the coatings for patios and walks hold up and would the longevity be same up here in the frozen tundra...???

could expirement on my own first......when the snow and ice melt, Ill grab some pics of my 1 year old cement patio and the horrible condition of the much much older driveway

  7. go with the hyphen, its your name......if that seems weird, contact pressure pro and inform them that if you receive emails for them, you'll forward them and vise-versa, could lead to good things.......there are tons of websites and companies out there with the words pressure and pro, or pros, in them, at least your 2 businesses are in the same areas of business, one a contractor and one a supplier of PW'n equip....whats the big deal? It would be sort of a rip off if they were doing the same job as you, especially if you guys were in the same area. but as it is now, its 2 different companies seperated by hundreds of miles that do two different things.....but thats me, Im an idiot

  8. durangos were pretty bad when they first came out......thats a fact, we have a "guy" at dodge, thats why we own 2 chyrsler trucks, 1500 4X4 and a Jeep GC Limited (love those heated seats this time of year), our guy who is pretty high up the food chain at dodge admits the durangos where crap early in their existence........I understand not being happy with a product and steering away, but in all reality, all american trucks are pretty similiar, no one company has quality control that really "blows away" another company (theres no real loyolty, these guys flip around from manufacturers)....the only trucks Ive literally had NO problems with have been foreign.....namely Toyota Trucks......which is why they cost more dollar for dollar, and they depreciate monthly as opposed to weekly for american made vehicles........

  9. chlorine and soap....especially on a fence!! easy easy job and the chlorine is cheap, doesnt harm the wood (any more than a stripper or doing nothing and letting it rot and bake in the sun)......and it actually kills the mold and mildew, not just loosens it up so it can be rinsed away.....reduce it down to 6% with a tad of soap.....Ive got a ton of percarb and it just sits in the garage.....

also, what sealer are you using? some will even recommend what should be used to clean and neutralize........

  10. Fire Water....

you can get by with that machine......but like someone else said, you'll need more stuff and dont get any of the other stuff from HD.....get good professonal chems and a variety of other nozzle sizes to reduce your pressure. you wont need the 3700 psi the machine provides for much. you'll need more hose and its cheaper thru other locations on the web.......if you plan on getting bigger over time, dont skimp on a tiny trailer, room runs out quickly..........shoot me a call or email anytime, and good luck
