My reply is will be short as my time is short. Were you educated in gov't run schools or have you ever studied economics? How does a corporation become responsible to it's citizens? I don't know how to reply to most of your ramblings about letting companies pollute and other such tribble. It does not matter what the end result is, they have the right to free speech and to spend their money how they want to, no questions asked. It is not the gov'ts money to tell them how to spend or not spend. That would be the equivalant of a dentist not fixing a childs teeth because the child may grow up to be Hannibal Lector. Stupid analogy, but so was yours. Who cares how the "unfit" beome unfit, they are not the gov'ts problem. They are the challengfe of families and churches, read the Bible. Before you think I am some uncaring snob, my family donates more than some make to people and needs that we see fit and deserving. How would youlike the gov't to tell you you couldn't give your own money to Hati, hug a cop, or whatever your wanted to give to. How does that differ from taxpaying business? It does not. As far as loyalty, screw that if I am a shareholder. Fire the highest paid and replace them with lower paid employees. The bottom line in business is the dollar. If you are a corporation with shareholders and that is not your belief, then you are failing the shareholder.

Rod, you seem to think that it is a good thing for corporations to provide benefits and severance/retirements to employees. As a shareholder, I would want what is most profitable for the company, and me. There is no profit in severance packages. There is potential profit in letting a company, which has the same rights as an individual(check out an IRS W9), spend money on a political party that will be helpful in laws that are passed benefiting th e company. The checks and balances are the holders that will pull out if they don't agree with how the money is spent. I get so tired of this health insurance is a right/medicare/welfare society. If you can't make it on your own, tough. Let me or someone else have your job. Natural selection will take care of the weak and unfit.

If you have looked at it in the past year you have been to it more than I have:) I am a firm believer in no website. As to the Honda. The cc of a 16hp Briggs and a 20hp Honda are almost indentical. You can gain more hp by adjusting fuel and intake. Just like a NASCAR engine turns 750hp while my truck has maybe 200. Same engines more or less. The Honda runs at 100% capacity to make 20 hp. The briggs makes 16 hp while using about 80% of it's capacity. Which do you think will last longer. 13 hp Honda is the best small engine on the planet, bar none. After that they are garbage. I have seen Hondas with bent push rods and all manner of wear with less than 2000 hours. My Landa guy probably pays his mortage each month repairing them. I have Kohlers with 5000 hours that have had no maintenace other than weekly oil changes. Just my opinions. I don't pay for you equipment, you do. If your unloader has a knob on it, you need to upgrade to a real unloader:) Use nozzles to vary your pressure.

When you get have the unloader set to the specs of your machine, leave it alone. It is not meant to be adjusted for each job. My double nuts are tack welded so the guys don't try to mess with them. That didn't sound right, but you know what I mean.

If corporations go overboard, shareholders will put an end to it. You may not like where they are spending their money, but it is their money to do with what they choose. The gov't has no business putting stipulations on it. Inflation is not caused by paying more for a product. My hope would be that the corporations spend their money on keeping out politicians that want Obama's health care. That will help the country and keep my pockets from being robbed by the gov't for not providing health insurance to my employees.Believe me, business will only spend money on things that will help business, as a business owner I am for that. This is one of the greatest rulings for business's. The gov't has no right whatsoever to tell a business how it can spend it's money. Heaven forbid I own a business and want to spend every last dime trying to get my candidate elected and someone tell me I can't do it. Shareholders will be the check and balance for corporations on how money is spent on campaigns. Be thankful for the Republic we live in that still makes a few good decisions occasionaly.

For one of my old open trailers I used 2X2's to build a frame then sheeted it with insulation board. Weighed about 10 lbs and was big enough to put a small space heater under. Cost about $20 and lasted for a few years.

Depending on the hydrant psi(around here 90 is average with 110 on the main lines down to 50 on cul de sacs) you can flow a max of 500 gpm out of one three inch hose. You should be able to fill your tank in under a minute.
