Is bio-wash strictly a retail item or can it be purchased in bulk from a distributer or manufacturer? THANKS Bob
  5. Should you wait untill the rinse has dried on the surface, or rinse when it is still damp?
  6. Pro Spa N Decks

You have 16 x 18 = 288sq. ft of deck railing 50lf. x 3 = 150 sq. ft. of rail 8 steps @ approx 2 sq. ft. =16sq ft. total sq. ft. =454 At $250.00 you are around .55 a square foot. I would try to get at least $1.00 sq. ft. just to clean Min. $1.25 ~ $1.50 to clean and seal You will use more sealer if it is very dry, take that into account when you figure your price. Bob
  7. getting it right the first time

RON P. I think you should think about opening and running that school yourself, and make the book and video part of the course. You certainly have the knowledge for it. As far as I know there is no one in the northeast that does this Good luck whatever you choose to do. Bob
  8. It's time.

My biggest ad is in the spring cleaning / home repair section of the local paper it comes out April 2 nd. I am getting calls now for house washing (more than usual) I had asked before if I could use the EFC38 for this,if you don't mind could you tell me what the formula or mix would be? and the dwell time on vinyl siding would be? And should it be applied with high pressure (x jet)? Thank You Bob
  9. It's time.

Sure Beth rub it in! I still have 2 FEET of snow on the ground, I havent seen the top of my deck since Christmas. But the forcast this week is for warm weather, hopefully some of this stuff will melt. All my advertising starts the last week in March, With any luck I won't have to shovel my way to the decks. Hope you have a good season. Bob
  10. House Cleaner

I was wondering if anyone has tried JOMAX as a cleaner for vinyle siding, and what the results were. Also Beth which one of your cleaners would do the job around heavily landscaped homes? Whatever I use has to be biodegradable. Thanks Bob

LITTLEFIELD, RON P. Thank you, I have a 55 gal. plastic barrel I could use. I never thought of it and I walk by it every day, thats why three heads are better than one. If I had to, I have a strainer for drawing water from the lake. But I am going to use the barrel. Both the walkway and dock are on the bank away from the lake by about 50ft. (they pull them out for the winter) so I am not worried about getting residue in the water. They were newly built last year and the homeowner finished them with thompsons. did not last the season. Thanks again for the help Bob

I have an upcoming job to do a wood walkway and dock on a lake, The problem is the house water supply is 500' away. I have 150' of high pressure hose. So that would still leave me about 400' short Can I run 5/8 hose this far without hurting the pump? The machine is a belt driven 4 gpm 3500 psi belt driven unit. Can I draw from the lake? If so how far can that machine draw and to what height? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Beth Ron p. suggested your EFC38 would that work for me? Ron have you used it? on what finishes? Ron. I have a question for you if you dont mind. you had said on anouther board that you get $1.50 a sq. ft. for decks. I was wondering if that is carved in stone, or do you discount for larger jobs. say over 1500 sq.ft. Thanks Bob:
