Hey Scott, I sent an invite to your email address you gave me, I'll send another one now.

:D Last Chance :D This will be my last notice going out about joining our little pressure washers fantasy football league. All I need is an email address to invite you to join the league. Playing the game will be simple, ESPN will run an automatic draft for us this monday, after that you can trade if you want to, but the only thing required of you is to decide which players you want to play. ESPN takes care of all the scoring, we just have fun and enjoy the season. The deadline to sign up is tomorrow. Send me your email address and I'll make sure you have a spot. (just remember to check your email so you can join and create your team before the draft on monday.

I think alot of these problems have to do with the homeownwer wanting to take 1 day off and schedule EVERYTHING on that same day that they want done around the house. I would explain to them that you need exclusive access to the property you are working on, and if it happens again you will have to charge them a service charge. Your time is worth money and it does not need to be wasted like that.

 Just a reminder, the deadline for joining this league is this Sunday. The auto draft will run Monday afternoon. There is still plenty of room.

I agree with you, unfortunately the business owner will never make the choice to ban smoking because it will hurt his or her bottem line, money before health I guess. The part about the fish was a little extreme I guess, I did say at the beginning I think people should have the right to smoke if they choose, its just the handful of people out there that dont respect others around them that give other smokers a bad name. I guess you can say that about any group of people really. I think if the public had a little more respect for things around them the govt. would have never felt like thay had to step in.

If I found it enjoyable for me to wear a 7 day old rotting catfish around my neck and old ground beef in my pockets, would you want me sitting next you you while your eating dinner or watching a football game? p.s. I dont really wear a catfish around my neck and stuff ground beef in my pockets, but just humor me :D

A look into the future of power washing.. What direction would you like to see the power washing / restoration industry head into in the future? Is there something you would like to see, or something you wish would go away? What would benifit your company in the future and help you continue to grow? What do you think the advance in technology will do to improve our industry in the future?

I've seen post on here from time to time talking about used tanks / barrels for chem, can someone tell me where I might go to find some of these? I am working on my chem storage and sprayers and could use some.

We planted some tomato plants this year, and now they are producing tomatos quicker then we can eat them. Miracle grow works wonders for sure. Anyone what I can do to preserve and store them? You say Tomato... I say Tomaaa-to!

I've heard them reffered to as rolling billboards, and I think thats exactly what they are. Your trucks, trailers, and other equipment all lettered up telling everyone who you are and how to get in touch with you, but I've noticed alot of guys dont take advantage of this form of great advertising. Why not? For those of you that have spent the money to get this done, was it worth it? Was the return better then expected? What was thos cost average? How about magnetic signs for your truck, is the return not as good then if you spent the money and had your equipment lettered or does it not make much difference? Those of you that can post photos showing off your lettering / magnetic signs to the rest of us, that would be great!

We did not have a bug problem here. We did have to scare off some rabbits though. I think they should change the state bird in florida to the "bug" ... :D

Sounds like it was well worth it for sure RLS! Awesome, thanks for the response. Anyone else?

Here's hoping for successful end of the season for everyone out there.

It's nice to know there are others helping others out there in this crazy world, thanks to everyone for doing their part. A special thanks to Jim and his wife, the story about the playground is great! Sometimes its the things you do, not for recognition, that mean so much to others. :D

I've been reading alot of post on various other boards and I see a common thing that bothers me, so I want to get something off my chest. Just because a guy has a smaller rig and equipment then yours, does not make him a low ballin, free loadin, beer drinking dummy. Just because someone is not a member of the pwna does not make him a low ballin, free loadin, beer drinking dummy. Just because a guy works part time, and does not do it full time with 10 employees & 50 trucks does not make him a low ballin, free loadin, beer drinking dummy. Just because someone may not clean something the same way you do.... well I'm sure you can all see where I'm going with this. I've seen alot of "I'm mighty & your not" attitudes and it bothers me. Everyone is talking about what they can do to better the industry, here's a suggestion, deflate some egos? So what if a guy buys his machine from home depot? If he's just going around doing houses, why would he need a skid mounted high opressure hot water unit to clean vinyl siding???? If he has insurance, a proper license and registration with county & state, and he can make a profit cleaning houses... HOORAY! Thats great! Lets stop this "I'm mightier then thou" attitude... Deep Breath....... Ok I feel better now :) This is not directed to anyone here, just something I'm notcing way to often on these bb's

It is!!!! :D

I think posting pictures on your website of your equipment might help this situation out also. That way your not driving around town all day shopwing off your equipment wasting gas and time when they could just go to a website and stare at your equipment til their eyes hurt. :)

Tropical Wave Mike, I dont think the problem is with using general drawings like what your explaining, I think the problem is when guys take before and after photos from another company (some of which even include employees in the photos) and using them as your own. I dont think anyone would have a problem with everyone using drawings, diagrams and other tools out there to get the information to their clients.
