If i where this home owner i'd say the hell whith this site, nothing but bickrering and trying to prove one and other wrong. Did this home owner finally get his answer reading all this? Or did he see what kind of people are in this business?

Go to Simix solutions.com they have had very good results with lime stone and travertine and or granite, first clean with oxione will not damage grass or plants around the home,second it will clean without any damage to the lime stone, and thirt if you can up sell the home owner to maybe seal the whole place with a seven year warranty. As Extreme Seal Inc we are professionals, we drive a $55.000 dollar truck and equipment, so we would charge a min of $0.75 cts a square ft, and on a sunny day we could do the job,one day lets say 5 hours of cleaning and second day maybe two hours to seal it with simix solutions concrete sealer that has a 7 year warranty not to grow no mold or mildew,at $020 cts cost ,how much profit is that again for seven hours of work? The only and most important comment that i have and no one told you is, that it's not the PSI that cleans but the GPM I have seen and heard to many o yeah i have 4000 psi can do anything with that,when theire done go back and look and see all the wood they fussed up and all the lines they left and or all the paint they distroyed,best cleaning is a ballance between the right cleaning solution and the right pressure . Hi Paul here no offence to any one. But when are you all going to realize that ten years ago you where charging ten cts a sq ft,and today same old, same old.Why is it not possible for every one to raise the" dog damm" bar,every one is complaining year after year,nothing happens. My motto UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL. So who's game? Maybe we raise the bar, and were all able to go green? To end on another note for today, again enough with the BLEACH already!!!!!!!

Wat chlorine? Please stop the chlorine talk,following the EPA advise chlorine is only to be used on hard and non porus surfaces and does not kill mold and mildew dead! Looking at this deck it's a easy one,Oxione will clean this in a jiffy,without harming any surface GUARANTEED!

First and foremost all surfaces need to breathe,seal it with something that can't breathe,your in trouble! Second, there is the UV factor,is it UV resistand? Thirt ,anything petrolium based,mold and mildew will love it,it will feed on it. We have had good luck with oxiseal aldo no colors available yet,once the wood is weatherd for a few months, simply mist on a light coat,it will stay clean for seven years, only drawback is the wood may lose some of it's color over the years,but it will stop it from warping,splitting and growing mold and mildew. That's easy! Use Oxione it will do the job. It cleans and will eleminate all odors. It may smell wors at first but after you rinse it will be gone,it will actually draw the residue out of the concrete. Questions, call me any time. Thank you.

Hi Paul here the new green guy. My only question to all does it kill the lawn,or plants? If it does i'd call it chem, if it doesn't call it a cleaning solution. Anyone check out the EPA website lately about all the chem's being eliminated? You may find DIOXIN there,main ingredient of bleach and chlorine
