Looks like a Kubota Diesel 30 hp. If I had to guess, and Allison ! Great washers. I saw them at ***** Convention. I was very impressed.
-
Maybe the F-250 is too big for my 5.5 hp Craftsman powerwasher with a 25 foot hose. I mean, come on, look where you are. Do you think most people on this site don't tow or move equiptment with their trucks? If my truck isn't hauling the powerwash trailer it's towing the boat for a weekend on the lake. If it isn't doing either of those it's plowing snow. It's even been seen towing a Bobcat once or twice. You guys want to talk about abusing a truck? Do any of those things with anything less than a 3/4 ton. That would be abusing a truck. Geeze, I don't know how I get so much flack from asking opinions about a Ford truck and listing problems I've had with mine. Is that a red 1980 Triumph for your avatar? I had a 1978 Fiat Convertible back in High School. Always loved the European cars. Great chick magnets !!!

You know, there is allot of drama lately. Could it be that many are board with nothing to do. You know, we could use a good drama talker on our Round Table this August. The discounted cost for you would only be $400.00 Per person per day.( The total cost pp is well over $650.00 per day) But for you I will pay $250 of that just for you to tell us all about your stories. It should be good entertainment and well worth the money. We only have room for 32 and s few contractors here are flying out to attend. You should attend, it will be fun with LOL.
-
Lyle, I see your from Pleasanton. We need to get together some time. I am in Antioch, just a few miles away. We will be holding our annual Round Table in August. This is for relaxation and to get to know other contractors, friends etc. We will be renting a 51 foot Million Dollar Luxury Sailing Yacht with lic crew and a executive suite at ATT Ball Park. Everyone pays their share. You Interested? Already have some Pressure Washers flying in for the event.
-
Wow Jim, I did not know that. Thanks for the information. Showing us this information can save the fellow contractor hundreds, if not thousands of dollars over the years. I would much rather read how to make more money, or save my money in these tough times, instead of reading this drama that does nothing for my bottom line. Thanks !!! LOL LOL

As you remember Scott, I have apologized to you more than once via TEXT, Pm and Voice mail. I am surprised you, as one of the Administrators, did not inform Ron who owns the site. However, It is not about the ban. The Past is the Past, I could care less. All I care about is hitting the 7 figure mark hopefully this year and helping those achieve the same. Hey, Did you know that using Nitrogen in all of your tires, including the trailer tires can save you money? Proper tire pressure is also a big deal. Maintain it with nitrogen, and you'll see these three primary benefits: Increased Fuel Efficiency – Correct tire pressure keeps the manufacturer's recommended “contact patch” on the road. This lessens the rolling resistance and maximizes fuel efficiency. Longer Tire Life – When it comes in contact with other materials, oxygen causes oxidation. Oxidation can make rubber brittle and cause it to lose tensile strength. In addition, at high temperatures and pressures, oxygen reacts and damages inner tire liners and belt packages; nitrogen does not. Increased Safety – Under-inflated tires cause 90% of blowouts. Nitrogen provides more reliable pressure for reduced blowout potential.

Ron, I know you are a good hearted guy. Hey did you know that I have to put 128 pounds of air pressure in my 16 PLY trailer tires?

The Contest is held exclusively for its members at ***. *** has the ability to advertise it to its members. I think if you advertise your BBS by ways of a contest, then all should be welcome on the site that you are using to promote the *** contest.
-
But being Band or Not a Member of *** is not the issue. If you are going to hold a private contest exclusively to your members only, then why post it on the Grime Scene or the *****? What is the underline reason? If these sites members are prohibit from entering for what ever reason, then the contest should not be advertise here. The Grimes scene is for it's members to learn and enjoy, not to be discriminated against.
-
That's a good reason not to get banned. Thad Eckhoff Apex Services Hattiesburg, MS (601) 329-5819 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting (601) 329-5819 end_of_the_skype_highlighting Hattiesburg, MS Pressure Washing Company Or not to be a member. I agree with you Thad. This does sound one sided.
-
Sounds Good, but those who are banned from *** or are not members, CANNOT participate in the contest since you can only post on *** to enter as of 1:07 PM California time. I brought this up in the past before. Maybe it was another oversite. So why post it here?

Top 10 cities Facing Default Risks. STATES that are rank among the worst in the Nati
Jim Gamble posted a question in The Club House
OK, there are two from California. One in central California which is more towards the farming industry, and the other east of San Diego. surprisingly, thats it for California. 10 Cities Facing a Double Whammy of Default Risks - Yahoo! Finance I also read that over 30 states are in or near bankruptcy. Here are just the top 10.... Arizona Rank: 1 (Previous Rank: 2*) Budget gap (as a % of the total budget): 30.80% Total gap: $3.1 billion Gap before budget was approved: $1.9 billion Additional midyear gap: $1.2 billion Arizona was hit hard by the subprime crisis, and its economy has slowed sharply since mid-2006. Lawmakers, who had to make up a $2 billion budget shortfall for fiscal 2009, reduced the Medicaid rolls, put a freeze on hiring, and cut funding for community health centers and state universities. California Rank: 2 (Previous Rank: 1) Budget gap (as a % of the total budget): 30.30% Total gap: $30.6 billion Gap before budget was approved: $22.2 billion Additional midyear gap: $8.4 billion The Golden State is looking a lot less golden these days as it is being forced to hold off on $3.8 billion in financing for road, prisons, school, and other projects because of the current budget shortfall. California, which has been battered by foreclosures, needs the money to pay for immediate needs, including health care and public safety. Democratic and Republican lawmakers have been unable to agree on a compromise. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger supports new spending cuts and tax increases in addition to previously enacted cuts to the state's health insurance program for the poor and other social service programs. Rhode Island Rank: 3 (Previous Rank: 5) Budget gap (as a % of the total budget): 24.50% Total gap: $802 million Gap before budget was approved: $430 million Additional midyear gap: $372 million Rhode Island's economy has been weakened by its housing market, one of the worst in the nation. Lawmakers closed a $430 million shortfall in their budget with cuts to the public college system and aid for municipalities, as well as tighter limits on welfare benefits. But it hasn't yet filled the midyear gap. Florida Rank: 4 (Previous Rank: 3) Budget gap (as a % of the total budget): 21.50% Total gap: $5.5 billion Gap before budget was approved: $3.4 billion Additional midyear gap: $2.1 billion Florida's housing slump is one of the worst in the nation and only appears to be getting worse. The $66 billion Florida budget for the coming year is about $6 billion less than the one approved the previous year. It includes a $332 million reduction in public school spending and cuts to state hospitals, nursing homes, and various social programs. The Florida legislature next month will convene to decide how to plug the midyear gap. Nevada Rank: 5 (Previous Rank: 4) Budget gap (as a % of the total budget): 19.60% Total gap: $1.4 billion Gap before budget was approved: $898 million Additional midyear gap: $536 million Nevada has the worst foreclosure rate in the nation, and its economy has slowed dramatically this year. The governor capped the state's children's health program and increased children's health-care premiums, and cut funding for K-12 education, higher education, and welfare. In a special session this month, lawmakers ratified bills to plug the shortfall by cutting state programs, including funding for a major road project and authorizing a line of credit from a $160 million fund for local governments. Oh no, they goes those nice roads. Alabama Rank: 6 (Previous Rank: 7) Budget gap (as a % of the total budget): 15.00% Total gap: $1.2 billion Gap before budget was approved: $784 million Additional midyear gap: $458 million Alabama closed some corporate tax loopholes and made cuts to colleges and universities. On a Sunday around 9 am in the morning, last month, as we was on a job-site, had the meter going, turned on the fire hydrant to feed our tanks just as we did many of times in the past. About 15 minutes into the job, a city pick up truck came by. asked what we was doing. Saw the color coded meter and approached us. I gave him the info on us. He confirmed with the office by radio that we had an account. No problem. Asked, how did you know we had the hydrant going? We was in a industrial park and did not see a car or any life for 3 hours. It was like a ghost town. He told us that the cities are now installing Pressure/ Flow sensors to tell if the hydrant/ pipe line, is leaking or someone turned them on. It took him 5 minutes to confirm the loss of flow/ pressure, where the line was losing that flow/ pressure, then another 10 minutes to drive through the city to get to our location. WOW. I was impressed !!! Glad I had that meter !!!

You are correct, my reference to the motor was that the block and heads are the same, the turbo's are different and the trucks are timed to that turbo that they use. However, if you was to open the hood of the Ford F-650/ F-750 and the Dodge 2500/ 3500 Cummings, the engines, with the exception of the turbo's, look identical. The have the same Block and Heads. I am sorry, I assume that people understand what I am talking about. I should be more detailed.

Looking Good Jeff. Notice it is a short bed. How is this with your traveling on the jobs? miss the extra 2 foot extra bed?
