I just was out to bid on a whole cynder block house. Very clean condition. Measured it off at about 2300 sq ft. Looks like all I will need is my PW with water (no chem's). I want the job of course but I don't want to under bid to low. What do you think a fair price would be? $200.00? Thanks for any help!

Thanks! John what kind of chem's would you use. No mold on house some mold on bricks around the house.

This site is great I have been reading like a mad man. I am looking for some general answers to my questions (if there can be general answers) 1) Best overall cleaner to have with on any given job 2) Best overall cleaner for concrete 3) Best overall cleaner for tile roofs 4) Best overall cleaner for cynder block, Vinyl, Wood, Alumi. homes 5) How often is just plain old PW with cold water effective enough Thank you for any and all the advice. I need all the help I can get right now.

Hey Matt, nice to here you made it through and your future is looking bright. Any advice for a novice just starting out, with a tight budget? -
Hi everyone. I am new to PW field (I have worked on my house, families and neighbor's) I work as a personal trainer as my trade but I would like to branch out into a business of my own. I have a CAT PW 3000 psi. I would like to make a go at this and would take this carreer as a PW seriously. Any general advice (any and all will help). I am going out this Friday to give a guy a quote to do his window sills and maybe concrete blocks and look at his roof. Does it sound like it will be something I will be able to do. Will I need special chem's? Thanks!

Adrian I thought I took care of my sig. line. If not what exactly do I do. Thanks. Any advice on where I can find a local distributor in my area?

Thanks for the advice guys. I will see the house on Friday to give him a quote. I will drive by tommorrow (it's near to me) and scope it out. For just starting do you think I could be safe with Home Depot detergents?
