Mike Sweerin replied to Jarrod's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Hot water is the key. As you found out cold water will work but it just takes longer. -
looking for a company that sell pressure washer in the midwest
Mike Sweerin replied to Mike Sweerin's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
I do most flat work. I use a hydro tek 8 gpm hot water and I love it. In the past I went to G.A. Chemical but it will cost alot to get a trailer and everthing here. so I am going to just buy the main parts and put it together here. At least thats the plan for now. I only want to spend about $13,000 less is better. THANKYOU MIKE -

What should I look for in a used machine I am going to buy?
Mike Sweerin replied to DPW1's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
When we first got started we were in the same place. You need to look at this if you buy a 4 gpm machine there will be jobs you can not take on because they will be to large. I went to the buy our pressure washer and got a 8 gpm for our 1st machine with a down patment they let me take it on 90 days same as cash that was trailer , water tank and everything I needed to get started so look into that. Feel free to pm me your number and i can call and help you if you would like. -
