Living in the Northeast I find an enclosed trailer to be the best choice for me. Keeps my equipment out of the elements and makes it real hard to steal anything.

Black Night
A OK Pressure Washing replied to Little Buddy's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
I personally have not heard of a Black Knight. I bought my 8GPM from Bob at Pressure Tek and have had no problems with the machine. The thing you have to remember is the service you receive after the sale is what counts the most. Who you can call in a pinch and talk you tru something over the phone. In that case Bob as saved me thousands! As far as Northern Tool I wouldn't buy a machine from them. I don't think they have good commercial equipment when it comes to pressure washers. Call if you have any questions I have no problem helping out. 774-721-0012 Attila -
DIYer here: Here is what I do to clean my vinyl siding. How can I do it better/faster
A OK Pressure Washing replied to TheNoob's topic in DIY'ers - Ask The Pro's
Not trying to sound like a wise guy. Why not just hire a local cleaning contractor to wash your house? A medium size 2 story house would only take us about 1 and 1/2 hours to complete. That's with making all the aluminium nice and clean when where done. Far more cost effective to go that route than do it your self. Also if you have it professionaly it will more than likely last for a year because the mold and mildew was killed. Just my 2 cents. -

Who did you speak to about the Kohl's, the manager? -
I am giving a quote on a condo complex. I measured all the gutters. One building has about 1500 linear feet of gutter and the other building has about 2000 linear feet both of which are 2 stories up. I don't know how to price this amount of gutter. When I price residential I price it at $1.25 a linear foot for a 2 story building and have no problem getting that. I've never quoted this big of a job any help would be great. Thanks Attila
