Do the cleaners at the home improvement stores work?
A OK Pressure Washing replied to Dodgefan89's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Steven, If you want to be a professional cleaning contractor you have to use contractor grade products. It's that simple! www.pressuretek.com is where I purchase my chemicals from. As far as being green and ecofriendly and all that, bleach is all that as long as you mix it and handel it properly. -

Buy the pressure washer items you need at affordable pricing. We have Suttner Cat Giant General Pump Delavan Pressure Pro Hansen Mosmatic Comet Whisper Wash AR pumps trigger guns surface cleaners lances wands duct spinners swivels ball valves chemica This is where I bought my last machine. I also by my chem's from Bob. If you call him he will be able to lead you in the right direction for what you want to wash. The least you would want to go with is 4GPM belt driven. Also I would use a buffer tank so you can bypass the pump and not have to keep running back to the shut you machine off every time you are waiting for chems to dwell.- 26 replies

How to clean this?
A OK Pressure Washing replied to Shawn F.'s question in Residential Pressure Washing
F-8 works good for rust. Click on the link. Use F-8 to neutralize & brighten wood after the use of alkaline based strippers & cleaners. It can also be used to remove mild rust stains from concrete, vinyl siding and others surfaces caused by irrigation. F-8 is sold in 10 lb packages. - CHEMICAL -
F-13 works best when the temps are above 55 degrees. Also don't let it dry on the gutter. Brush it on, rinse it off and keep it wet.

Same type of deal. I got done washing a house and the woman said do you like football? I said yes and she took be down to her basement there was a shrine to football. Come to find out her husband was an assistant coach with Tom Coughlin at Boston College during the Flutie days and then at Jacksonville. He was also a coach at Pitt, Tufts, Chicago Bears, the list went on and on. Her son was also a coach for the San Diego Chargers and is currently the offense coordinator for the Superbowl Champion New Orlean Saints. It's funny every time I tell this story I get a new volunteer who wants to help me wash that house!

I have tried diffrent products from local vendors. I like the way pressure tek products work for me and I don't find them to be expensive. Plus you can't beat the customer service from them. The local guys around here don't seem to have a clue about pressure washing. I ask them about an 8 gpm machine and they told me they don't make one. Springfield is only 1 hour away from me, who and what products do you use locally?

I buy everything from Pressure Tek.
