I've done a few with great results using my normal housewash mix. I usually test a spot first before hitting an entire wall.

I have a tandem axle 8x12 trailer. I have 2 large water tanks, 1 4gpm and 1 8gpm machine. I will try to post some pics of the inside of the trailer soon.
...and you have an awesome looking truck!

Looks real nice Chris! Make sure those ladders are good and secure.....and put some signage all over that thing!

Looks like 1.5-2 hour job in my opinion from the pics.I agree. Last year when I was a big time rookie, I did a huge country home that size and it took 3 hours. Of course some of that time was spent talking with the owner.

I only have 1 filter, and it's between the tank and the pump.

Haha I would pass on the Job Ken, or as other mentioned simply explain that you use industry standard and job specific cleaning detergents to achieve documented and professional results.Awesome statement. Mind if I quote you?

I have had 2 customers that only wanted 1 side of the house washed. I did the job's . Is that something that is common ?I hope you charge them a healthy minimum rate...

thanks, it was an unfortunate incident, but turned out to be a blessing in disguise. It made me start thinking about making more money and taking action. I don't believe that many things happen by accidentYou have very impressive websites. Heck, I'd even hire you! Nice job.

Most of the time you have to spend money to make money. If you need the equipment, buy it and make the money.

This thread has been a good read. I'm looking for a way to apply a higher percentage of chems to a stucco job this spring. I tried to d/s and looks like I need a better mix.
So which is the best x-jet to buy I'm wondering.
So let me se if I understand this. If I were to mix a pail lets say 50/50 thats what I'm shootin on the surface? Or is it still being diluted by the wand?

I'm also a newbe washer Chris. Welcome from Manitoba!

How fitting, I just finished wraping the rest of the gifts. My wife organizes and I wrap.
What I like is the 2 weeks off my day job and of course drinking alot of coffee with all my spare time. This year I actually did more shopping with my wife than years past. Don't know why, but I enjoyed it.
I love to see the kids open their gifts and just spending the day hangin with them. I don't really like all the gatherings, but all the good food makes up for it.
Merry Christmas everyone.

Great job on the vid Terry! I used to be a part time custodian at a school, so I've also stripped and waxed floors. I hated everything but the waxing.
-
Did you try brushing the worst spots to see what it looked like?
-
Thanks. I don't x-jet yet so I guess I'll have to d/s it. I've been reading it makes a difference so I'll have to give it a try in spring.

Started this fall. Took a loan out for 12K for my enclosed trailer, 8gpm skid, reels, surface cleaner and all the other extra's. Things went very well the first few months. Made my first years payment in my first 2 months. The rig is parked for winter now waiting for April to start up again. I feel it was a great investment financially and it gives me something worthwhile to do on my days off my regular job.
