I have only been here 7 years. Drunken Jacks is still on the inlet with a lot of other restraunts, plus they added a boardwalk on the creek behind all of the restraunts. it being gone will not change much. Hensel Phelps is building the Hard Rock theme park which is a $250 million dollar job. it will more than replace pavillion. It will be larger than carowinds. If you are around clemson I did cleaned tiger paw condos across from the stadium and university ridge and the walgreens in Seneca. I mostly clean brick on new construction. I may be up your way soon, if so, I will call.

walk away if you have never done anything like this before. one method is to cut control joints through the puddle area, this will aid in drainage. drilling a hole will only washout under the slab. the Palmetto guy above should remember bridge decks being grooved this is the same process and it will work and be the cheapest route. I can tell you how to also raise it without it looking like a patch, just call me. I sold all the material for this for years.

why not call all of those customers from last year and see if they need you this year.

some real tacky tar kinda krap on the gas can handle would be cool.

up here on the redneck riviera my buds that hunt have motion detector trail cameras. you would not beleive some of the pics that they have gotten near their tree stands (they hunt deer) you could put one of those somewhere on the trailer or truck in the yard or somewhere and catch them on still camera. possibly getting photo of license plate. northern tool has these radars or something like that, detects motion through two sensors and beeps. you could set it up outside with beeper by bed, dobie, shotgun, etc.

look into cleaning motor homes and rv's I know that your area an south of you has owners coming in town in the fall that have this done. from what i hear it is good money. I ran into a guy here that cleans them from tampa to miami. he works here during summer and goes down south in the fall. it also sound like they are accustomed to having them cleaned so this might be something that would work for fill ins.

Cool Crete/Kool Deck Sealing.
Jim Carroll replied to Paul B.'s question in Residential Pressure Washing
Ken you are going to the wrong paint store. i purchase h&c at sherwin williams and they have it in a tint-base and can tint it to any color. yes the acrylic silicone version. Paul I would recommend the same product because you don't know what was previously on the surface. if the existing color sealer has silicone in it nothing else will stick to it. I renovate a few pools every year by removing failing cool deck and then recoating. when i recoat i us Multicoat which is a superior water based color sealer. -

Jim Carroll replied to Tom DeFrancesco's question in Residential Pressure Washing
you probably could have been done in a matter of a few hours with a scarifier or grinder. -

my window cleaning bud says $2-$3/payne. he would not use a lift but a bolsun chair.

would blasting work for this?
Jim Carroll replied to Aaron Sullivan's question in Having A "Blast" (sand, soda, dry ice, etc.)
you would be better off using a floor buffer with a coarse pad and maybe a little water to keep dust down. -
these are two recent projects for me. I cleaned all of the masonry plus concrete and a couple of accidents from the stucco contractor.
-
a real easy one. I called contractor on this one and told him that if i was him I would not clean it that it looked good to me. He said it was in his contract for me to go ahead. I rinsed building with water and sent him a bill for my original price of $1200.00. You don't get many like that

You should see all of the mahoghany in the entrance, very beautiful. Marble floors. However the parking garage I thought looked like crap compared to the rest of the building. If I paid the kind of money people put in these units I would make the general do something with the inside of the parking garage.

I did it kite surfing.

I did not take these pic's, normally when i leave the landscaping is not done. I was able to get these off of my customers websites. I am waiting on landscaping on a handfull of other projects so I can get pics of them. thanks Carlos.

Here are a few more..................... For you clemson fans this condo is across the street from the stadium right near the esso club.

should have also asked for some season tickets, you could have then went to the races or given the tickets to clients. good luck.

craig prosoco also has a handful of restoration cleaners, you could call them and see what they have that is equivalent. if you talk to them ask who in your area buys by the truckload. distributors buying by truckloads get a lot better pricing than those that don't. case in point, the distributor that i used to work for sells me one of my cleaners for $40/5 gallon pail, i checked with another distributor in my area and they were at $60/5 gallon pail
