  1. Tennis Courts

Thanks for the info. It is a green no slip court(single) but It is real dirty. I'm thinking 2 machines 2.5-3 hours=about 6 man hours, using 2 3000 psi machines and a 15 inch surface cleaner. Am I way off base on this? I was thinking of $.10-$.20 per square foot (7200 sq ft). They do need it done asap and I'm out straight this week due to the short week. What do you guys think? Tom
  2. Tennis Courts

I need to price a 120x60 asphalt tennis court, any help from experience? Just a regular pressure wash with pool shock and detergent(M1) and a 15 inch surface cleaner. Probably will use 2 set ups. Tom

Thanks Adrian, that's great advice. Tom
  4. The rain

house washing is ok if not too cold, like December in New England. I don't have a lot of experience with stripping but I think you need to even out the chems and the rain may hurt you.

  8. I've been pressure washing for 5 years and just got a job to pressure wash a small outdoor patio. I've read that I should wash off the patio with just water. Next I should use a 10 to 1 bleach solution with a scrub brush to remove stains. Rinse again. Apply a 3 to 1 bleach solution to the entire area and let stand for 5 minutes then rinse off. Sound right to those who have done this? I will be using 12.5% SH. Any suggestion on what soap/wash solutions to use along with the SH? Thanx Tom
