  1. Doesn't A.C. already conform to California's strict standards, thus would be able to meet this standard?

The current AC formula is 250 VOC comliant. Which means that if these changes go in effect 2011, AC will be able to be purchased in all states. The problem lies with the possibility of state or local counties adopting the lower 100 VOC limits. Currently the only place that has 100 VOC limits is 4 counties in Southern California: La County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County

AC is not compliant in these counties. Jake Clark did inform me last night that they already have a 100 VOC formula ready to go if need be. He has tested it for 2 1/2 years and said that it applied and performed the same as his current formula. In conclusion Jake said, AC is flat out ready to serve you and your valued customers for many decades ahead.

Beth, I guess this means you will not need to use Penofin:)

  2. Tony, the 100 series will be replaced with a new series that is going to be VOC compliant.

Also it is not set in stone that Michigan will change for 2010 but it is very possible. The rule also is that whatever is on the ground in 2009 can still be sold in 2010. This measn that a good dealer will buy enough inventory for the 2010 season by Dec 31st 2009. Of course when they run out there is no way to buy the 100 series again in Michigan.

  3. What I've used for the last couple of years. That product which will have to remain nameless (not Wood Tux, Wood Rich or any of the ESI offerings) or Scott will put a hit out on my life.

Scott you need to make some room over there in your inventory for a new product. Muahahahaha.

PS: I cannot pay more than $75 per pail delivered. :lildevil:

Hmm... A stain that costs only $75 delivered. Is that possible?
