We there is your answer why we don't seal when done washing. In your last paragraph you mention to be careful there are some good and garbage products What's the good products? You Also mention every situation is different and needs to be evaluated as such. How would a newbie know what applies to what if you don't have the knowledge? Also what type of equipment is needed from soup to nuts? What are the pit falls we can run into being a novice?

Removing paint from driveway pavers
Chazz replied to KGILL's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Do a spot check first, the soy gel can darken the Pavers -
I agree with all of the above, my minimum is 150 dollars Unless your friend or family Guy that was funny with the Dog House remark !!! Also almost 100 % of my customers own there own power Washers I have to move them while I clean. They know it's not easy work and your price I'm sure was well within there budget when they called. Stand your ground and walk away like you did. Good Job

New Florida Paver Sealing website
Chazz replied to Chappy's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Ok so the spray system is 500 dollars, you buy the sand in a home depot type of place? How would you price this? Measure the square footage and figure the amount of seal you would need I would imagine and what do you charge for labor ? It looks simple and not to labor intensive as far looking at the video- 10 replies

Estimates - how do you handle them?
Chazz replied to Beth n Rod's question in Residential Pressure Washing
How would you guys like it if you called Bob or Russ or ACR and asked for detailed answers about there product And they spend time with you on the phone and answer every question you have. You place your order after being satisfied that your buying the right product, the product comes in and there is a 5% service charge for answering your questions. Time is money for everyone But estimates are part of the business IMO -

I actually have a sealer and was going to do my own concrete but don't want to screw it up, I understand if done incorrectly it could have a milky look

I had two customers this week ask me about it But i have no experience in doing it And my gut tells me they would not bite on the xtra Cost

A guy on my block just had his whole yard done In Pavers and there is a lot of dust. Can new Pavers be power washed? I don't think it's a good idea to use a surface cleaner right? Can chemicals be used?

This was one of the most warmest winters I have ever witnessed. We are now in the month of March, daylight savings has sprung forward one hour so we are getting more day light. The warm spring days are coming and I myself have already unpacked my lawn furniture, prepped the grill, power washed my entertaining areas and Rid my yard of any unsightly dirt mold and mildew that winter has left behind. I washed my Deck and my Vinyl fence and the yard is looking Beautiful again the way my family likes it. We are ready for the cook outs and friends and family gatherings. Can't wait and you should not wait either. Don't procrastinate give us a call and we will have your Home and living area beautiful and ready to enjoy Hydro Power Washing www.hydropowerwashing.com 347 460-3003 Thank You Charles Muli

Bleach will kill the mold and mildew is correct, but you need a soap to release the carbons and grime that has been sitting On the exterior of the house. The soap will also allow the bleach to stay on the exterior for a longer dwell time to do it's job correctly. A good detergent will have advantages needed when rinsing also, no streak windows, dirt will be removed easier with less pressure. Soap added to the bleach is like Robin teaming up with Batman. Ya get it?

Trex deck cleaning

Nice job Doug, application week house wash and a scrub brush light rinse off? Or other method? -
I ave a 325 gallon water tank on a double axel trailer, the 325 is really over kill The 225 gallon tank your thinking of is plenty for your machine IMOA. I think I read somewhere that's I gallon of water is 8 pounds, don't quote me on that though. If your putting this in the back of your pick up you had better figure out your maximum weight for your truck. Also you really can get away without the tank and just use the customers faucet for water supply Unless you plan on doing jobs with no water supply. It's not worth the punishment your vehicle will take Not to mention the extra gas needed to pull the weight
