Scott , 1 house was 300'( length of all sides) x 1.5 story's and it didn't use all the 5. They come clean and I've never had any complaints. Alot of my customers even refer there friends and relatives. I do use hot (120-140 deg ) water in washing and rinsing. I use hot water for everything but wood.

but for an easy vinyl good sized house I can get by with x-jetting a total of 10-15 gallons of wash mix which is no more than 2-3 gallons of soap and 2-3 gallons of chlorine (12%)Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I can wash a good sized 2 story vinyl house with 2 gal of 12% and 1-2 qts of F13 and the rest water in a 5. Then X-Jetting it at 20 to 1 and yes it turns out nice and clean.
-
this might be a silly question , but wouldn't an xjet reach that height?most of it , but he said some areas are 3 stories , so it may not do it all.
-
Ken , I was thinking the 220 gals of 12% was a little high too. Even if you bump up the 12% a little 220 is way too much IMO.
Do you think you could get all the parts that require a lift done in one day ?

Scam , they will say that for your helping them buy whatever they will send you $xxxx more. Just cash the money order and send the stuff and the rest is yours. Well the check or money order is no good.

Happy Birthday Rod!!!!!

Obviously, keeping a fleet of this size clean is a formidable task. Currently, USPS has hundreds of local washing agreements scattered from coast-to-coast, but they hope to streamline the administration of the fleet washing by replacing these existing contracts (as they expire) with fewer national, regional or local companies. And they are looking to the members of PWNA to help facilitate this process. In all, the annual revenue potential for our membership is $20 million-plus!Sounds like they realy want Fleet Wash to do the work so they can have just 1 company to pay. I hope not , but the way I read it the little guy will never see any on the work.

K1 or diesel will work. Put it on a rag wipe it on let dwell for 10-20 min's and it should wipe off
-
Adrian , great job :D btw how do you like your x-jet ?
-
Talk to the builder about getting in early in the constrution to do the basement. Go to other new home sites and see what is being done , maybe even ask a builder what they do about it.
-
atleast diesel is the same a reg gas now. I have a Dodge w/ Cummins
-
Alan , my guess is the concrete has some mud stains on it.
-
Doesn't the basement have a sump pump in it already ? Use a surface cleaner if you have one. It will help with the water staying on the floor and not spraying all over the place. You can also use a shop vac that has a garden hose outlet that pumps the water to recover the water. I'm guessing your not worried about the real recovery of the water just the removal from the basement. Here is the vac I have

plastic sheet or blue tarp. You could nail it to the under side of the deck. Nail it to the board thats against the wall. If you are worried about it even with that tape some of the clear plastic right to the door under the tarp.

Dave thats the same reason I don't want to vent mine through the roof.
-
Jon , thanks for the pic's I like the vent to the burner. Thats a great idea , it should keep the heat from directly hitting the roof.
-
For those that have a hot water pwer in an enclosed trailer and do not have it vented through the roof what is the distance from the burner top to the roof ?
I just bought an enclosed trailer and don't want to cut a hole in the roof. It's a 6x12 with 7' inside height. I will have 40+ " from the burner top to the roof. I am going to put sheet metal inside on the roof to help with any heat just above the burner. It also has a roof vent that I will open when the rig is running along with the side and back doors.
Thanks,
Scott
-
Russell , I emailed you last night and will call tomorrow on paying the shipping
Thanks,
Scott

john let me know when you want to sell . I know of a few off road boards that you can try and sell in on. They are always looking for good trailers
-
Robert thanks , now all it has to do is stop rainning so I can stain it. maybe next week.
-
Look great :D Don't run from the next old deck just jack up the $$$$ if they choke on the price just show them the pic's of this deck.
-
Alan , it was applied with a pump up sprayer because of how small the deck was.
Beth , it just melted off , no cleanup around the deck was needed :D
btw thanks
I said the dwell was 10 min.'s but I dout it was that long.

I have used the F18 MAX and it works great. I will be doing a deck this weekend and have some pic's to post along with dwell times.
