Has anyone ever heard of an Aquablaze pw? Any comments or suggestions about them? It has a Honda GX390 13 HP motor and a beckett burner.

I have a problem and need help ASAP. I was on a job a few days ago and the water stopped heating. I have changed the fuel filter, tore it apart and cleaned the nozzle, but I dont where to go from here. Any suggestions on what to check next? I can take it to the shop but I have a job Monday night and would like to fix it myself, if possible, Just to learn the different components and be able to fix problems myself. I have done a search on burners but dont seem to come with applicable results. Thanks a ton, Tim

Alright, after numerous scientific experiments, it has been determined that thermostat is to blame. I jumped the wires and it fired right up. Where is the best place to get another one?

Ok thanks alot. I am going to check it out tomorrow morning. Thanks again, I will let you all know how it goes.

Its a 12 volt system, Epps model 4430 with a Beckett burner. I dont want to sound ignorant about this but I am. I dont know what type of switch it has. Its located on the pump and by the looks I would assume it to be a pressure switch as it has a "button" that makes the contact when its depressed. When I hit the trigger on the wand, I dont notice a mist of fuel. To me, it almost seems as nothing is happening when I hit the trigger on the wand. I have checked the fuse and it good. It also has a light that indicates when the burner is on. It comes on when I flip the burner switch but nothing happens. So obviously it isnt getting a spark to ignite or no fuel to ignite right? Im just having problems determining what it is. Thanks for the help.

How much Cascade do you use in your mixes?

Probably 100-150 minimum. I was hoping for a website to start looking at different items to price.

Never even heard of it.

Starbucks is my choice. Its about 75 feet from my front door so it makes a perfect stop on my way out in the morning (or evening). My wife says we could retire early if I stopped getting it there and made my own.

Just wanted to start looking at some to gather prices so I can start saving, saving, saving! lol.

My pressure washing wand fell all by itself today. Anyone want to buy it for $1,000 bucks?

I had 7 T-shirts, 2 polos, and a hooded sweatshirt all embroidered for $130. No setup fee for design and he will let you change the design at any time. No clue what he will charge for shipping but its worth a call. The Uniform Warehouse (805)659-1655 ask for Frank.

I would love to be able to clean my own carpets. GOd knows they could use it.

Exactly, thats what this whole thread is about. A ball valve is heavy and gets in the way. The way Alan has his set up eliminates the ball valve as the QC on the end of his gun stops the flow of water right? And allows you to switch from wand to surface cleaner without shutting down the unit or having a ball valve.
-
If it doesnt matter then, I think I will change my setup as it seems alot more convenient than the big ball valve. Thanks Alan.

I dont want to sound ignorant, but when it comes to carpet cleaning I am. Am I correct in saying that if I hook a carpet cleaning wand to my PW hose and use around 100 PSI and hot water and run a vac unit to the wand to extract, it will clean carpets too?
-
Hi guys, just posting this with the hopes of not having to re-do my whole set up. Isnt the plug supposed to point in the direction of the flow and hook into the QC? Or does it really matter. It was mentioned somewhere that I read that going the opposite would create a restriction or something. If it works that way, I sure wish I had set it all up like that so I didnt have a damn ball valve to lug around. lol.

How much pressure is typically used to clean carpet?
