If you look closer I was going to use 2 men. 1 trailer with 2 washers. 1 man in the front one in the back. What you think one man could 2 a day? Sometimes I just don't know how much I can do. On this job what I say I can do that day I have to stick to it. If I tell them 2 a day and I'm done at 2:00 I can't start on the next one. You know how them big jobs are, always a catch.

Was down and took a look at these houses today. There is 15 of them and their all the same. Only catch is that when you start washing you have to have a schedule and stick to it till your done, every day. No taking off for a day if something else comes up!! I have about a hour ride down there and I figure 2-3 houses a day with 2 men. What for price should I shoot for?? I kinda have a idea but was wondering what your thot were? Thanks!!

When I started I bought a Landa 5@3000 and I still useing it with lil work on it. I paid a lil more for it but love it. The best in the land! No just a personal Opinion. I do like it tho. As Tough Pessure said get a trailer big nuff for more than just the washer, because you need a place for a dozen bucket, guns, wands, brushes, tarps, you name it. The heat is gooood idea!! Good Luck!!! -
There is a fellow in my area that works on pressure washers, thats all he does Give him a call, He live just south of Chambersburg but gets around. Country Power Washing Equip. 717-765-9478

Take the valve caps off the pump and check and see if any dirt got stuck in the valves. We have this happen all the time, just a lil piece of dirt to hold one of them open will lose press. and make it chatter. Good place to start looking is on the bottom one because that is where the water comes in at then move to the top ones.

Darker sealer spots???
FullBlast posted a question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Yesterday I sealed my first deck and we used Sherwin williams redwood mixed a lil darker and now tell me how you fel do this?? I used a pump up spray and I thot that put it on to thick, I did my railing first then the floor but where the sealer driped down from the railing it is darker than the rest of the deck. I tryed to keep it brushed out but its thicker under railing. How do you keep that from happening? Does anybody use pump sray to seal? Is that how you do it railing first? Used three times to much sealer!!!! and took longer than I figued. I spray everything that rolled/brushed everything. What are the one two three's to staining deck? Just afew ?? I had. Thanks a lot partners!!! I get some pic soon as I figure how to get my pics to fit. -

Darker sealer spots???
FullBlast replied to FullBlast's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Well the wood is old and soaked up the sealer about as fast as you put it down so frying to fade it out , thats what I tried to do but... S/W thats what the lady wanted. This is the worse job I have ever done first I let the lady chew me down on the price, then she bugs the tar out of me... then she has me get darker stain... then it take way to much sealer... it took way longer than I thot... and o crap she just call now and said today rain ruined it!?~!@#$%^& Now I have more problems and more ????? First ?? is can any give a loan to go on vacation for a decade?? second?? is now what do I do? Start clear over strip the deck and reseal??? Please help before I go and get a 8-5 job!! -
Darker sealer spots???
FullBlast replied to FullBlast's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
So is that what most people do to the railing, brush, rag or roll? No spray? As I was doing it I kept after the drips so it not really drip spots, just a darker wood about a foot in from the railing. Can you go back in a month and give another coat of sealer?? -

Hey I have 6 washers running most of the time and we use turbo's all the time, on my one trailer that is all we use on it and we have a lil over 700 hr on it this year so far already, and I use between 2 nozzels. ROTOJET and Dirtkiller I prefer the Rotojet because it spins faster than the dirtkiller. Using hot water with a turbo can be aproblem with some torbos They tend to spin slower and some brands won't spin at all with hot water. The insides sweel just a lil when hot and don't spin as good.Just a thought. I have used them all. If you don't use it every day you will be alright with a cheap one.

TRichter You built that trailer your self? or just that top on it? Proud of you!! My first trailer was a 16' just like that and got the old stick welder out and built it myself. Build it the way that you want it. Only problem here in Pa is that it took 6 mo. to get a registration for it. I pulled it anyways. Hey different things work for different people.
