Yea they will scam you if you ain't carefull. I sold a home DVD system for $500 and lost the whole thing, Got a fake e-mail saying I had received payment for the it so I shipped it and Never did get my money.!!! :( Those crooks!!!!!!!!!

Man what a busy month, I haven't had time to get on here much the last while but I'm still hanging in there. July 21, I settled on my property that we bought. July 25, we move to new house. July 27, We had our first born, a lil boy Rylan Jay 6lb. 6oz. This month we have been crazy busy with washing and then one of my hired man quit, man that made it tough. But we are still kickin!!! Love my lil son!!!!!!!!:)

Is it just me or is there some others that the residental is a lil slow. Man I just haven't been getting the calls like I usually do. I just haven't been getting much of them lately Are others slow too????

yea my residential has still been slow as molasses, one house in the last month, which is ok right now but I sure could have used some in june, but right now I'm not doing to bad with my other work. Just went yesterday and signed my life away, I'm now a HomeOwner!!:)

Got one of them went and did it today. Just a tiny lil job, but better then nothing. Will find out if I get the other one on monday. Got another small job I did this afternoon too.

Oh yeah!! I got 2 calls yesterday finally!!! I have never been this slow with residental!! It's been doing nothing but raining every other day here too so I think that is hurting it too!!

Hey don't worry about the yellow page adds. I am in 8 yellow page books. I have spent more this year on that than ever before but last year I was in 5 diferent books, and not just in line add either, these are a display add though not huge they are decent size with color. I talked to 2 other p/w in my area and they say the same thing, slow. The one is thinking of quiting. I'm just thankful that I do more than just residentual work or I would be out of biz no choice, because I haven't done enough residentual this year to support 5 guys. Don't worry about me, we'll make it, just makes it a lil rough when you just bought a new truck and stocked up on supplys at open house and am the process of buying a home right now and got the first little one coming in less than a month. Just scares me to death!!!!!!!

If you go to LongWood Gardens and wonder how many gpm. the foutains are putting out If you think of how to get the job to wash all the concrete there too...Man they need a washer up thee bad!!!! Did find out then that it put out 10,000 gpm. Man imagine a turbo nozzel on that!!!!

Yea same here done it before too, down to the hardware store and invest in junk hose to get you by for the day.

Hey I know the feel here too!! When I go out to look at the job I try to usally turn the water on just for a second just to see what the flow is like and that gives a lil idea how much to carry with you. Last week we got done with a job and one of the boys had the tank up around 400 gal which we wern't far from home so we left it in and the next time out I just about dumped some of it before we left just so it would pull easier but decided I to leave it there and was glad I did because when we got done with 2 houses we were down below a 100 gal and that is scary. It's the game you play!! Yea I charge just a lil more not enough!!
