  1. In my opinion, and the way that I break my house washing down is: The "house wash" is everything from the flashing/drip edge down which includes gutters. Yes, a dirty roof does detract from a clean "house wash", but there is a big difference between spending an extra 15 minutes on a job making the gutters shine vs. 2 to 4 hours cleaning a roof. The price tag is to high, therefore it must be listed seperatly. Same goes for Concrete, wood etc. I can throw my cost for cleaning the gutters in without making a huge difference in the price (almost unnoticeable). The customer might not realize what a difference streaked, ugly gutters can make being off set by a clean exterior. Basicly, your including somthing in your house wash (and granted, the price is a little higher) that makes your work look better, and the customer is none the wiser to the small amount extra that they are paying for it.

I'm with you there!!!! You got to make it look good whether the customer is satified with a 1/2 job because other people are looking, and they drive past and say, man they should have done there gutters too, that is a -A.

  2. Yea I'd say wish there were some other things that were self cleaning!! Just think if you could choose what you want to be self cleanin. Truck would always be clean of trash and dirk, your trailer clean on the inside and out, the Grime Scene would not have dirt in it such as know it alls and such. know what I mean? would be great!!

  3. Yea I copy you on the phone call before you go to the job just to make sure it is ready to go. I have that happen every now and then. That sure cuts the profit if it is your mistake and not theirs. If their mistake you can get money if not its out of my pocket. Hate when that happens!!! My guys said they paid $2.99 at the Flying-J in VA this morn. and that is always the cheapest place on I-81. They come back thru there tomorrow night we see what the price is then. Surcharge got to go up!! Good Luck!!!!!!

    That is diesel prices. sorry.

  4. This is a bad deal here now!!!! Maybe this aint the right time to think of this but did anybody wonder about the cleanup that this is going to cause down there?? Wonder how much power washing this kinda of storm will generate?? In times like these do they hire in p/w crews to help cleanup?? God bless eveyone out there and we are prayin for you!!!

  5. Yea 10-4 on the different week. Today washed a gym that is like a coverall building. green house style and it has a liner under the trusses and there was dust on top of it, so we went up to the peak and took some of it lose and stuck our gun and head thru the hole and washed the dust down didn't go to bad but man was it some kind of HOTT!!! Sweated like I haven't in awhile.

  6. #1 Maybe little dirt in the valves.???

#2 Very hot??? Should be the temp of the water going thru the pump. On a hot day it will condesate. Should not be hot.

#3 No big deal if you take the pressuer hose off before you start it then get water going thru it then shut it down hook hose up then fire up good to go.

About that hot pump call Coutry Power Washing Equip. 717-765-9478 Nice man to work with there he will help you.

What machine do you have? What pump name?

  7. I have a bunch of vinyl fence to bid on here and was wondering how to bid it.

Its all easy to get to. Use their water. Doing BOTH sides, no worry about neighbors.

    Here it is!

On the picture you see one kind of fence is solid and the one the boards are stagered (probley has a name).

    1370'x6 of the stagered fence.

    300'x7.5 of the smoth fence.

31 5x5 trash bin fences. The other pic.

31 5x5' concrete in the trash bin

    11 8x20' concrete back porches.

    20 12x20 concrete back porches.

    11 4.5x10 Concrete front porches.

    20 6.5x18 concrete front porches.

32 2x20 concrete apron in front of garage doors.

This is doing the whole developement of 16 double houses. all the houses are all in line and circle and the fence is between each house and goes around the back yards. Just green mildew.
