  5. retaining wall pricing

Yes, on par w Wood Fence Cleaning which to me takes no time at all either. SOunds like you got it priced right. Good Luck.
  6. retaining wall pricing

Keenan, based on what you are describing I would probably price it close to how I would price a wood fence. As you know, a lot would also depend on how close the wall is to the other areas I am cleaning, how tall it is, and total sq footage. I also don't think you could go wrong pricing it in with your concrete pricing since it sounds fairly easy to clean.
  7. Poll: What type of pressure washing rig do you use?

And in the ground as well.
  8. Exactly as Adam said.....you can also once it is try take a very soft bristle brush, like a truck wash brush, on a long extension pole and "sweep" the debris off. This normally, in my experience, only happens on homes that have not been cleaned in a while OR are under a lot of trees. Excellent selling point to have the customer clean once a year.
  9. Been Using M5 X-jet, looking for more! Advice Please.

Never have to go back to machine. Also use way less mix vs x jet.
  10. Been Using M5 X-jet, looking for more! Advice Please.

It takes a total of 10 seconds for the rinse water to work it's way down 200 feet of hose. Use those 10 seconds and the remaining soap in the hose to your advantage, and you will find yourself a lot more productive DS'ing vs X jetting. I agree with Guy, pulling to hoses, dropping your soap hose to get your rinse hose many times over on a job, is an an unnecessary waste of time AND MONEY.

  16. Looking for trailer rig?

Buying from a local distributor can be a good thing for warranty work. Just really compare your pricing for putting together a rig, plus your time, vs a reputable dealer or distributor that you can physically visit with.

Excellent work Adrian. Love seeing your work. True artistry IMO.
  21. concrete pricing

Is she cheap?? Maybe. It could also be that her price of $75.00 is in line with pricing/service she has received before. Who knows? Sounds like you have been pricing correctly and you just came against one that we all come against every now and then. For every 8 or 9 that will accept your pricing you will have a few that will respond with prices like her. Sometimes they can be sold with some more "selling" and other's I find best to leave the estimate, wish them a great day, move on to the next one.
