Depending on how old the stain is, It will usually come off with your house wash. I sometimes scrub the spot with straight chlorine and it works fine. If it was there for awhile, it usually eats the paint and you will see the outline of the egg after washing. Next thing is painting.

Cabot's turning black?????
Cat Powerwashing Inc. replied to nitrox2595's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Hmmmmm. Thats strange? was the wood nice and bright when you nuetralized? is the black mildew stains? If so, Give it a quick cleaning with your house wash. other than that, I don't know. Maybe you had a bad batch of cabots. i only use wolman products. -
Deck cleaning. What am I missing?
Cat Powerwashing Inc. replied to firepaint's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
The hell with the chemicals, throw them away. Blast the wood with 3000 psi, splinter the crap out of it then apply thompsons water seal. Thats how we work in joisey lol!!! No but seriously, we would strip using hd80, neutralize with citrilic then apply a good sealer (NOT THOMPSONS OR BEHR) we prefer wolmans because we are certified by them and it can be picked up locally. -

Cleaning Limestone
Cat Powerwashing Inc. replied to Tuskey's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Henry, In response to your comment. I have never damaged one stair tread yet doing it that way. It comes out like it was just installed! If it was ohio stone (which you cant get around here anymore) I would say no way! It is very soft and yes it would carve it up like a thanks giving turkey. Why spend money on a specialty cleaner when you can use hot water and 12.5% SH? Its only mold and mildew stains! Of course we always test before we blast! -
How does colder weather affect siding washing
Cat Powerwashing Inc. replied to gutterdog's question in Residential Pressure Washing
As long as you have hot water, you can wash. Just did a roof cleaning today temp was about 47 deg. Im still washing houses this time of year. Crank up heat to 120 deg, the right soap and chlorine mix and wash away! -

When I clean limestone, I first blast with a turbo nozzle, once all the heavy krud is off, I then apply straight chlorine onto the surface. It comes out like brand new! -
Getting rid of herbal smells from a empty warehouse
Cat Powerwashing Inc. posted a question in Residential Pressure Washing
Hello everyone, It's been a while since I posted on this site. I hope everyone is doing well this year! I have a job I have to quote that involves removing a strong smell of herbs from an empty factory that was used for storage bags of herbal products. (oregano, coffee ect.) Does anyone know of a chemical that can be applied using an x-jet that will neutralize the smell? -

Hey john, I have a class B that I got when I worked for a scale company. I havent used it since I was layed off from there 6 years ago but I still renew it when my license is do for renewing. That truck looks like you can build a nice rig out of it but it is not automatic. Also it would be a pain when your workers dont have a CDL.
