Im new to the bidding process. Ive been doing some research and found that some people have detailed estimates. more than just sqft. Cover letter, detailed measurement (spindles, rails, steps, etc.), restoration process, color selections, etc. I figured customers would like to see these type of things to have a better understanding of the price and service that they are getting.

Theres a house that I'm scheduled to clean next week. Its a 94 yr old house. I imagine it hasnt been painted, cleaned, or anything else for some time and it has a lot of dirt, mildew and spiderweb build up on it. From my past experience with these type of houses in this condition it takes longer to finish the job. I wanted to add something that will give me that kick that you speak of Aquabob. How much sodium hydoxide are you using that you would need a chem suit?
-
Is this similar to sodium hydroxide? How much would you mix in a 5 gal bucket of housewash mix?

I love doing roofs its the most profitable for me. I hate cleaning fascia and gutters. -
Had the pump for 4 months. Only chlorine was drawn through it. Getting ready to clean a roof a few days ago and no suction. Cleaned the diaphragm out and assembled it backed together and still no suction. The motor runs but no suction. Any suggestions?
-
What does the oil do?
-
After taking the diaphragm apart I found that there was a lot of sand in it. Mainly in between the spring and the white cap covering it. I figure that it was sticking. But it still not working.

Questions about building a Sprayer

You could make your own charging system by runing the wires from the terminals on your truck to the back where the trailer connectors or located. Add connectors to each end, and connect them along with the trailer connector. Dont forget to add a inline fuse also. -
Heres ours, nothing flashy but it will do.
-
Where can I purchase this product? Also, is there any alternatives?
-
If its not too late. Can you send me one please? http://exteriorc@netscape.net Thank you!

Nice setup Steve. Did you build that trailer yourself?
