The first time I do an IPE deck I will usually strip the whole thing and start over since I don't know what went on prior to my work. Then I use Ready seal and put two light coats down. As far as maintenance after, I will use safe wash to get rid of dirt, mildew etc then add one coat of Ready Seal. Phil

I used newagain many years ago and it was a pretty good product. I believe it is shipped in liquid gallons and you add water. So I imagine shipping would be more expensive than the powders I now use. Phil

was married for 19 years when my wife sprung divorce papers on me and said she didn't love me for the last 15 years. 2 daughters who I had a great relationship with and she turned the oldest against me and is working on the youngest which doesn't seem to be working. I was the father who worked the job between school hours while mom worked the corporate job then she decided I wasn't needed anymore. I am receiving alimony from her every week which makes some kind of ammends. But I also went through 2 years of hell and 30,000 in legal fees. but am now poor but happy again.
