  2. Class action claim :) As I understand it, ChoiceDeck is now facing a similar suit as Trex did. That's just gross - Rick, can't wait for the after pics!
  3. I don't know - NC isn't looking real good right now with the state burning and no rain where it's needed! Central NC is making the "dr$%&*t" noises again.
  4. Clorox Outdoor Bleach - stronger than the regular bleach and with more sodium hydroxide in it I believe. Stuff is thick and bloppy when you pour it, not liquid.

  8. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion on the business end - only two really know. Assumptions should not be made. Besides, Indian Ocean in July, the Bellagio in Vegas in August and Myrtle Beach in September is a schedule I'd like to be plagued with. Greg - In my last conversation with Ken, he was stocked with RAD 1 & 2 but whether he is shipping or not, I do not know. I do know that you can get EFC-38 & Citralic from either Scott @ the Sealer Store or from the Woodrich Brand site. Celeste

    We're putting it down on two decks in the mountains the week of July 7th as well Charlie. This one gets full sun for a nice part of the day with the side areas fully shaded. One new wood, one ancient wood. Looks like a great test subject :)

  16. We use more WHG than anything on Ipe as well :) Seems to highlight and enhance every tone in the wood.

  18. Nice job Charlie :) Was that not the most gratifying job you've ever done! We've got about 850 sq ft to stain on Monday - I can't wait!!
  19. Defurring before staining - the dust goes very easily with a leaf blower.

  20. Len, you should take a run over to Rock Hill & look at the homeowner deck/dock project. He had called us and we were going to go have a look, but it's two hours and we're slammed. Personally, I think it would be a prep job only but I could be wrong. Feel free to call me and I'll give you the guys name and number :)
