Anyone who receives annual payment in excess of $600 can be W9'd. They will be reporting this payment to the IRS - at the beginning of next year, you should receive a 1099 from them to use in filing your taxes. This form indicates that you are not an employee of theirs and aren't subject to any withholding. Many companies will not pay without one on file! Celeste

I don't think that as a member, it should be unreasonable to have your company credited for what you provided the organization. Those are your photos, your customers, your words....you should receive some reciprocal links or something. Of course, I know nothing :)
