Wouldn't mind completely restoring my '73 MGB if we want to get back to cars :)
-
If you had 60 (+/-) grand to spend on a Mid Life thing, what would you get?Lipo, boob relocation (back to where they belong), face lift, botox - and whatever else those stupid super-models get so they stay looking 30 :D

Muriatic can ruin bricks if used straight out of the jug. We use products from Eacochem for all of our brick washing (and we have cleaned thousands of square feets of them!) They are specially buffered so as not to damage the brick substrate - NMD80 is also safe for the applicator - which is also very important!

John's post notwithstanding - no. I don't feel the need to publish a private email between myself and another person.

I received a very nice email from Mrs. Tosetti today - I had written a thank you for her efforts, not expecting a response. What a lovely surprise :)
She is a very special lady, John. You are fortunate to have met her!

Finally finished the job from hell this week with the help of Charlie/Apex DeckSavers......still doing deck work and deck estimates this week. I'm ready for a lucky lottery ticket so we can have the winter off!

I'm having a few local guys over for July 4th, throw some horse shoes, steak tip, burgers, drink some beer, light some fireworks. Going to have a PWing rig there just in case we torch one of the lots with a bunch of trees. We can all call it a RT and write it off, heck there will be a rig thereOooo - is NC local?
-
omg - just call EacoChem, tell them that you have fouled some bricks and they will put you on the proper track for repairing your damage and what to use next time.

Brown Sugar is our most popular selection.....if she wants to see a smidge more red, Amaretto is also a beautiful tone.

You must have been a Boy Scout when you were young :) Best wishes headed your way!!

It may take more than one application - but it can be done. We had one that the homeowner literally put an entire gallon of stain in less than 30 sq feet. Took some work but it did come off.
-
Aussie Oil will come off nicely with HD-80. Do a test area on the most heavily applied area (paved? Does that mean overapplied?!?) You can make HD-80 strong and yes, it will mess with that painted area so masking may be necessary. Mid 50's should be lovely for stripping.....
Our stain choice for hardwoods would be WoodTux. You will get as many opinions as you gave options and then some on stain.

Oooo, Rick, that's pretty :)

AH!!! Perfect :)

The fact that other men made suggestions is a little scary to me
-
Then I definitely stand by my suggestion ....... unless he wants to put his answer with flowers in a Barbie car!! He could get a remote control one and drive it up to her :)
-
Or in lieu of the piece of wood, have the bucket full of flowers with a yes note? My mushy side is showing!!
-
Tonka crane holding a note that says "Yes" on a piece of wood?.......is he saying yes?
-
Roger & I both think very highly of Scott & John......just because he's a Marine Sniper, only need to fear him if you **** him off (which neither of you do :) ) We're looking very forward to seeing everyone in Nashville in a couple of weeks - still working on details but we both feel like an appearance is very important to John, Linda and hopefully the industry in general. Sometimes folks just gotta do what they gotta do - I'm excited :D
-
Looking very forward to meeting this remarkable woman, John :) Thanks for this opportunity!!
-
Purple hair happening in NC.......is it a full moon.......roflmao :)

Don't sidetrack my bar round-table! We seem to crash everything else in the industry, why not a national org convention :D (wine talking now! lol)
Citric vs Oxalic where do you stand?
