Has anyone ever cleaned head stones at a cemetary?If so how would you charge for that?

I know you guys have been asked this question before and yes I have already searched.But I can still use some advice.I looked at a home with two decks each 25'by 19' thats 1900 sq ft right ?At 1.00 dollar a sq ft.It seems expensive. One deck has thompsans the other one does not.There both about 3 years old and do not have much mold or dirt.I know prices vary from region to region,but here in the northeast what are the deck washers getting for a job like this?Since one deck has thompsans will tsp be a good way to remove it?if not what is a good product to remove the sealer?I would appreciate any advice on this job.

o.k so lets say the client wanted to strip the thompsans off .What would be the ideal product to use ?I appologize if I came off as a jerk.

the sq ft. are off?this job is just a wash no sealer or stain.that is why I thought it would be to expensive .If tsp wouldn't work for thompsans what would?That $1.95 is that just for a wash.Yes I admit maybe I should get some more practice ,but I think this is a job I can do with good results.I'm not just someone who bought a pressure washer last week and wants to make an easy dollar.I have done research just not much on decks.

hello! I got a phone call today from a waman who wants her two decks cleaned. I'm really looking forward to go and look at it to give her a price.She says the decks are 2 years old.She is looking to just have them cleaned for now.I know not to use to much pressure,but I am worried I will not get the deck clean enough.Do any of you pros have a suggestion of some type of chemical I can use to get good results?I was thinking of just pump spraying 10% sh then rinsing will that work?If not what will?I would really appreciate any help.Also what do the woodies get per sq ft. for a deck? I know it varys from region to region but I just need an idea. thank you in advance your help is appreciated. Marco from rhode island

yes Imeant bleach but I guess that is not a good idea .I just want to restore the wood a bit,I'm pretty sure there is no sealent so I just want to clean it

hey everyone! I was just looking at a water tank, and a few questions came to mind.One of them was is it large enough? And can I mount it to the back of my truck(nissan titan). The tank is 225 gallons not sure what it was used for before but it has what looks like an aluminum cage around it. If some of you pros transport your own water can you give me some pointers please?what would be a good amount water to carry?I know it depends on the job,but any advice would help. THANKS

hey everyone ! I owe my friend who is a mechanic a favor . he worked on my truck so i wanna power wash his deck . I tried washing it yesterday but he told me he used thompsen to seal it a couple years ago. does any one have any suggestions to remove the sealer and make this deck look nice?

hey everyone! I was pressure washing my sisters house today ,and for some reason my machine would shut off. I just changed fluids and filter(except for fuel filter) It didnt happen when tank was full but would happen when A quater to half full.any opinion might help thanks in advance .My machine is a mi-t-m 4.2 gpm 4000psi 16 hp year 2005

I just did an oil change on my machine and when I cahanged my pump oil it was kinda foamy.Is it water in my pump oil or something else.Thank you in advance!
