  1. I just purchased a new whip hose for my machine. So when I tried to put the hose on it didn't fit.(thread to small) So I took off a brass piece that was hooked up to the unloader and it had a spring and ball bearing .Does the spring and the ball bearing belong attached to the unloader (its a tiny spring and I lost it ) Can I hook the hose up without that piece?

  2. I put my unloader back on my machine. So I started it up and a hose busted. It is a 1/4 inch hose.So I went to Home depot and bought a 250 psi braided clear hose and that broke also(twice). My question to you Professionals is,Where can I purchase some hose for my unloader at a reasonable price? I thought that 250 psi wasn't durable enough but went with it anyways. I thought I remembered reading about someone else using that type of hose. Any info. would be a big help! THANK YOU!

  3. Hello! I just installed a pressure gauge on my pressure washer today. I have a 4000 psi 4.2 gpm cold water unit. When I let the machine run without pulling the trigger the pressure fluctuates between 3000 and 4000 psi.The machine will idle at 3000 psi for about 8 seconds then the psi rises to 4000.When this happens the spring on the unloader moves a bit.Just wondering if this happened to any of you? Thank You!

  4. I would like to purchase a burner one of these days.I really cannot spend thousands of dollars on one.Is it possible to try and build one, or is that a crazy Idea? From the research I have done,It seems hot water is best to use when cleaning concrete etc. If it seems like a silly idea to build one where could I purchase one for a reasonable price?

  5. I have a Whisper Wash 16 Ultra Clean and love it.

Whisper Wash Ultra Clean Floater- 16"

You need to make sure you match the size of the surface cleaner to your machine. It will do you no good if you get a monster cleaner that is too big for your machine. I once saw a document that showed proper size machines for different GPMs but for the life of me I cannot find it now. I am sure some of the veterans here know the info.[/QUOTt

thank you everyone for the info.

  6. I am looking to buy my first surface cleaner. It doesn't matter if it's used or new. Does anyone have any suggestions?I was thinking maybe E bay. It doesn't have to clean a large surface,I just want a good surface cleaner at a fair price. What are some brand names I should look for? Thank you for leading me in the right direction. my machine puts out 4.2 gpm 4000 psi
