  1. I have a customer who has an 3 year old existing cedar pergola stained with Behr and now wants to stain with WD. I am familiar with WD just not when it comes to re-stains. Do I need strip the Behr or can I apply over the Behr? I am leaning to using a brightener to remove it but would like to hear some other thoughts on the subject.
